AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Their workmanship is poor. I've had to have them back to repair, redo, or finish every bit of work they have done to my roof. It has been a year and I'm still waiting for them to install the correct gutters on my roof. Have had at least five slates come loose since they finished slating. Full of promises and excuses but they never show up.

Gregor and his team worked on my roof, gutters and pointing. My house is about 160 years old and parts of the roof had never been touched! Gregor took photos so I could make informed decisions about what was needed. The team were polite and respectful of my property at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Sterling

These lot are your worst nightmare they've cost us thousands and it's going to cost thousands to rip off my roof guttering and fascias to put right and get it done by a professional roofer.Not only have they caused a carnage to my roof the inside of our home is having to get fixed with all the water damage thanks to them.They point blank refuse to give me their insurance details and the guarantee is a joke it's from their other roofing company who's dissolved it just has my name and address on poor quality paper just like their work.Theyre are very talented liars that's for sure.Ive had numerous customers contact me from near and far one lady came to my house in absolute tears and totally distraught
what they've done to her.They smashed my porch roof and Jordan tried to replace it in a fashion after Gregor Johnstones frail attempt.Its not even attached to my house.I could go on and on.Theyve been reported to various authorities by numerous customers I'm surprised their not in prison yet.

Watch Out!
Massive massive disappointing roofer. I gave them 5K to start fixing a skylight that was leaking, and start repairing a flat roof with lead. They GLADLY took my 5K and then it was hard-pressed to get them to come do the work. Since they repaired the skylight, I got together all the rest of the money that they request to do the flat roofs and they have never come back. I have finally given up with all their excuses. Watch out!
I had Sterling Roofers estimate on an out building renovation on 8th November 2023. I broke my arm when discussing the job with the estimator so I was not pushing for the job to be done immediately but started to get concerned near the end of November that nothing was arranged. I was messaged on the 28th of November that the materials were being ordered ( 18 days after accepting quote) and the work would be carried out in 10-14 days. I expected the work to start by 12th of December. No communication at all , I called the week before Xmas and was told I would be a priority and they would contact me shortly. No communication. With the weather we have had the interior of my out house has collapsed completely causing damage to contents. I find them extremely unprofessional.

Gregor and his team cleared the moss from my roof and replaced all the concreted ridge tiles. Roof now looks fabulous and ready for its solar panels. The team were on time and worked hard to get it all done in a couple of days. They also left everything clean and tidy with clean gutters. I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend them. Good work guys!

Highly recommended roofing company! Really happy with their service. The issue with my roof was identified straight away and a temporary fix put in place until they were able complete a few days later. All went very smoothly. Would definitely use them again if any other issue arises.
We used Sterling Roofing Services to carry out an inspection on the roof of a property we’re purchasing. They understood that we were looking for quite a quick turnaround and was able to fit us in at short notice. Very reasonably priced roof repair carried out by Sterling. Replaced broken tiles and also removed the chimney as it was becoming dangerous. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for roofing work in Stirling.
