Technicians were super professional, and in and out in a timely manner. Had the pet treatment done to my carpets, And the technician said that if the smell came back that they would come back and retreat. What they failed to mention was that that retreat had to happen within a week. The smell came back after two weeks and they refused to come out and retreat for free.

I had Steamy Concepts out to clean my couch and my technician Mike was so awesome. He informed me how the process works and broke down how certain spots appeared on my couch and best practices to avoid future stains and spots. He was very friendly and no pushy sales tactics! Once my couch dried I noticed a tough stain was still semi visible (I have a light color couch so it’s hard to truly get out built in stains) I called the office and they set me up for an appointment the following day to come back out and hit that spot again. Mike ended up coming back and doing the whole couch again. No cost, within their guarantee. And I noticed a difference this time. I appreciate the hard work and customer service!

First time user of Steamy Carpets. They were easy to schedule. They were prompt and called me to let me know when they were on their way to me. The techs were knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do. The carpets had been cleaned by another company prior to us purchasing the home. There were dark traffic lanes that didn't get cleaned out properly. Steamy Carpets was able to get the traffic marks out. The carpets look brand new!!! Ill be calling them again!!
