Bradley & crew are super refreshing to work with. They’re not going to sell you a ton of crap you don’t need, which is rare in home services these days. Honest & friendly. I can’t say enough great things about the experience & will certainly let our friends/family know who is THE local leader in foundation evaluation & repair.
I used to really like this company, but our most recent experience revealed a very different side of them. We’ve had work done in the past, and while they were efficient, every bush they removed died—it was obvious no effort was made to preserve them.
Recently, we needed additional pier work done, and the same thing happened: every bush that was pulled was lost, with some cut down to the base. What made matters significantly worse was that one of the workers cut through our sprinkler line while digging. This didn’t feel like a simple accident—the entire section of pipe was removed, and the hole was filled in without anyone saying a word. The crew, who appeared young and inexperienced, were laughing and joking throughout the job, which didn’t inspire confidence.
About a week later, we noticed issues with our sprinkler system and had a repair technician come out. Because the line had been severed, water pressure to our entire backyard was cut off. It cost us $200 to repair and rebuild the damaged section—damage caused solely so the foundation crew could dig their hole.
When I contacted the office, I was given the runaround. The receptionist had been friendly and responsive before we paid, but afterward, communication dropped off completely. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I was repeatedly told she would speak with the owner, yet I never received a response.
After removing the dead bushes, we also discovered trash buried underneath, including a partially used hot sauce bottle.
Then, without notice, workers showed up at our house again. Fortunately, I was home. It was the same crew as before, still behaving unprofessionally. They began shoveling dirt near our front bushes. When I approached them, there was a language barrier, so they called a manager. The manager claimed they were sent because the dirt was sinking—something we never reported. When I brought up the sprinkler damage and repair cost, he redirected responsibility back to the office and owner, saying they would need to address it.
To this day, we’ve received no follow-up. We’re left with piles of dirt, rocks, and hardened clay scattered around our property.
I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If any issues arise, don’t expect accountability or support—they will avoid your calls and offer no resolution. It’s disappointing to say this, because I genuinely liked them at first. The owner even came out for the initial assessment, which gave the impression they cared. Unfortunately, it now feels like their priority ends once they get paid.

Bradely did our inspection and was a complete professional. He was right on time and a did a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior. The best part, no fear mongering. He's extremely honest and said that we did not need any foundation work. Very rare to find such people and company these days. Thank you, Bradley!!
I just had Bradley come and do an inspection. It turns out that we did not have the foundation damage that my wife and I envisioned. Bradley explained what is actually going on in an extremely thorough manner with great detail. It was so refreshing to see such honesty; very rare these days. I cannot recommend this company enough.
I have some minor cracks in my walls that I thought might be indicative of a foundation problem, but really wasn't sure. I called Steady House and Bradley performed a visual and technical inspection of my foundation. Not only was he punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable, but he told me that I did NOT have any issues with my foundation. Given my obvious ignorance with respect to foundations, he could have easily exaggerated an issue or outright lied to me, but he didn't. This company has earned my trust and, should I ever need a foundation-repair company in the future, I will definitely contact Steady House.
Steady House is THE BEST company for foundation issues. Philip came out immediately on short notice he was very knowledgeable and truthful which is so important in these times, he wasn’t in a hurry or pushy and explained things in a way that could be easily understood. Highly recommend!
I utilized their service and yes everyone showed concern. They were courteous and respectful until service was completed. My house has cracks inside and outside that were not there before they arrived. Not talking minor cracks, but huge ones. I waited because I was told it would settle and get better. No such luck. My front door and back door have openings big enough for anything to come into my house. One bedroom sustained cracks around the window and closet door. It is a mess and I cried when they said they were done. Worse mistake I ever made was utilizing this company. My house was destroyed.
Amazing team! Highly recommend! Bradley did my initial estimate and came back a year later to update that for me when I was ready. He worked with me to get an incredible deal and communicated clearly with me through the whole project. He then relayed all of my concerns to Phillip who made sure to address all of them with me and explained everything through the scope of work. Izzy and his crew were prompt, efficient and extremely considerate of us in our home. I have worked with contractors for years and these guys are solid gold and actually care about their customers.
