I went to the Arden Hills' location with numerous clothing items and a blanket to dry clean. Satira very helpfully alerted me to the fact that one sweater had a big hole in the sleeve, which would only get bigger, definitely making the sweater unwearable and difficult to mend, if she went ahead with cleaning it. So she saved me some money by going out of her way to notify me of the problem instead of just going ahead with the cleaning. I appreciate that kind of customer service.

The Arden Hills location is a gem; my most treasured garments are in good hands when I drop them off with Sarita. Cat pee on new couch cushions?? no problem. So incredibly fast, and they even replaced a missing button on the cuff of a vintage jacket that looks so identical I second guess its absence.
St. Croix cleaners in Arden Hills provides excellent dry cleaning and laundry services. Additionally their Customer Service (Satira) goes above and beyond expectations. On several occasions she has even called me to review what could have been very costly services (e.g. a garment that required hand-washing)...certainly a first for me. I highly recommend St. Croix cleaners in Arden Hills.

Still the same great service we've been having for years here! They meet all our cleaning needs from clothing to coats to tablecloths to bedding. Satira manages the store very well, is super friendly and very knowledgeable about whatever cleaning questions we have.

St. Croix Cleaners provides the highest quality laundry and dry cleaning services. The St. Croix staff is always friendly, professional and very helpful. Satira is rude and very mean towards internationals, it's a waste of money. Stillwater's one is much better than this one. Absolute nightmare if they ruined your coat and you need refund, because apparently Satira has trouble even emailing the issue or forwarding the problem to my friend whose coat was ruined . In the end zero customer service skill cause she threatened to call cops and told us to *get out* and that getting my friend refund is not her problem. I wish owner was a little more serious about how this Arden hills is being operated. Also, even after refund they would mess up your name on checks on purpose. Horrible customer service. Try visiting Stillwater location.

I went to St Croix Cleaners to get my dress shirts cleaned up now that my work is finally going back in person. I worked with Satira and she was so helpful and kind to my toddler who was with me. They always do such a great job!
