☹ The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the heating upstairs didn’t work to a satisfactory expectation.
The fridge was in a cupboard next to a radiator that did work so was a fight to keep food cool.

We stayed for one night and it was horrible for all six of us.
☺ There was nothing to be liked about the property except for the location.
☹ The property was dirty, dusty and full of cobwebs. The carpet and rugs need changing and the plugs on the walls. One of the rooms has nothing in it except for a bed, nothing to hang your clothes on or to put your toiletries. The bathroom was reeking with wee when we got there.

Nice clean flat, great shower. Comfy bed. Great location for city centre. Narrow steep stairs in get in, but all in all excellent value. Kitchen well kitted. Go to Matsudai Ramen for food! Their own online check-in requirements are a little tedious.
