Two years ago, I had my garden tub/shower converted into a walk-in shower by Statewide. Before the work was completed, I specifically asked the contractor whether the caulking would last, and I was assured that it would. Unfortunately, after only about eight months, the caulking began to loosen and lift. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to report the issue immediately and contacted the company after about a year. At that point, I was informed that the caulking was not covered under the lifetime warranty. In addition to the caulking issue, the shower shelving began to come loose and fall. A contractor has been sent out twice to reinforce the shelves, but they are still loose today. Despite speaking with several representatives from Statewide, the problems have not been properly resolved. Considering the amount I paid for this walk-in shower, which does not even have a door, I am very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of a lasting solution. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.

Excellent! David Bennett was the sweetest, most knowledgeable, bubbly, outgoing personality guy! I fell in love with him. We have three Yorkies that were barking and carrying on and he was so kind. I’m so thankful my husband agreed to this.because Dave was here for almost three hours. Dave thought nothing of it but I felt guilty it was taking so much time due to my dogs! This company is so blessed to have a person like Dave who truly believes and supports this company! We are totally blessed to have met him! He is a joy!

Extremely professional gentlemen. Mr. Clayton is a very courteous and respectful young man. I do not know the other workers name. But both of them worked very diligently and made sure to treat my home with respect and dignity as if it were their own.

I wanted to get a bathroom remodel done and found Statewide had good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I spoke with Les at Statewide, and we set an appointment for 27 May at 2pm. However, no one showed and when I called Statewide I let Scott know that Les made an appointment, but Scott said on their end they had nothing listed. What really disturbed me though was that Scott insisted that the consultation be done while my wife is home. Then I remembered that Les also did not want to make an appointment when my wife was not home; did he pretend to make one then? They had all my information on file, just no appointment. Regardless, Scott would not budge because "she is on the title" so I hung up before I could say something I may regret later. What business is it of theirs who is present for the appointment? It is a simple relationship; I have money to pay for what they promise and deliver. I understand if it is a preferable sales tactic having all stakeholders in the room, so it is more difficult to say no, but it is our home and our prerogative who is present. I found the whole experience unnerving and unpleasant. I do not recommend them
