Very rude people, don't even know how to speak with someone and no information and communication with drivers and toilet for drivers is not even usable. Sad

I've been using State Transport to send wine to our various partners & customers for 2 years and their service is always spot on. They are very easy to contact and have great fleet commanders and customer service to answer all queries very quickly and efficiently. Very good problem solvers.
Very unreliable. Sometimes trucks don't even turn up at all with no communication from office. Constantly having to apologise to our customers because their product is not getting to them when required because of state transports lack of punctuality and communication. Been with them for 30 years, they used to be awesome, not any more!!!!!!
State transport is destroying Australian small businesses. All subcontractors should avoid these guys. They are dishonest and not true to their word. They break agreements made months prior as they will, and make you complete obstacles to get what is rightfully yours. Shame on you state transport, you are destroying the industry.
