We have used this company multiple times a year the last few years and service was always great. Used them a few weeks ago and never will again. I was texting back and forth and agreed on a jumpy house and confirmed the address, time, and cost a few days before my kids bday party. They were suppose to be at my house at 10 on a Saturday for a bday party starting at 11:30. When 10:30 came and they hadnt showed up I started to panic and tried reaching out to them. It took about 30 minutes to get back to me, and it was clear they forgot about the reservation and said they could have it there at 12:30 if we still wanted it. I said of course I still wanted it, I reserved it for a reason and had 20 kids coming for a party. They did not offer any apology or say they would adjust the price. The guy showed up at about 12:45 and set it up. I later text the lady to ask what the price would be when they picked it up since it was almost 3 hours late getting here, and she proceeded to quote me the original price! I was flabbergasted that she didnt even offer a different price. I countered with a price I thought was fair based off of them being so late, and she proceeded to counter the price with $30 off the original price of 275! I did not expect to get into a bargaining fight when they clearly messed up and they didnt even offer an apology or just offer a reasonable discount. I told my wife to just pay it, and we will never use them again. Like I said, we have a young child, and had used them multiple times before and would have continued to use them many more times over the coming years, but instead they decided to haggle over the price and not apologize for their mistake. Now they will be missing out on years of business just so they wouldnt have to give a reasonable price for being 3 hours late. If you do decide to use them I would recommend messaging them daiy to make sure they dont forget about you.
