Not honest uitzendbureau, avoid it , they hire workers and they fire them suddenly for stupid reasons, they tell you they give you contract of one year, and in few weeks they come to your job and ask you to leave, because they don’t need you anymore, no phone calls no preparation no emails they come and tell you to give them keys and clothing, workers with good reviews are 1) fake 2) friends who help write good reviews and give 5 stars, uitzendbureau with a very bad reputation in rapid logistics and very mediocre and hypocritical team who use people

What a disappointment! I was called for an interview and told that I would be informed within three days if the company was interested in me. Nothing. I even sent a polite follow-up email after a few days asking if there were any updates—nothing.
I really thought they were professionals, but I was wrong. Please don’t make promises to interested candidates if you’re not able to keep them.

UPDATE : I finally received my payment.
Not only do they fail to pay for overtime and regular working hours (three hours of my hard work were not paid because my contact person, Fresilla, didn’t bother to double-check with the supervisors at The Hive in Rapid Logistics in time — which is totally unacceptable especially that I provided proof of those working hours) but they also make their employees work in exploitative and toxic environments. At The Hive, for example, they have small-built Indian women lifting and carrying extremely heavy goods instead of assigning such tasks to strong-built men, the supervisors there have clear anger issues and emotionally abuse employees, at Cricut, there is blatant workplace favoritism, with a loud and unprofessional supervisor who gives unfair advantages to certain employees based on personal relationships or community rather than merit, this supervisor also speaks to employees in an inappropriate manner (you hear the F word and screaming during your whole shift) without forgetting to mention the 3 toxic Latina packers who are fiercely competitive with the rest of the packers and do everything to push them to leave. The competition is fierce because the supervisor demands a high number of deliveries and then puts all the packers in competition with each other, which is not necessary, since by the end of the day all the orders are packed and delivered (this numbers competing situation exists only in the Cricut section) in short, you feel like you’re working in a third world country in those places and Staffice doesn’t do anything about it to protect their employees from abuse.
On top of that, they do not respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls, and they never return calls when requested, there is effectively no communication between you and your contact person, they simply ghost you. I even asked her team multiple times to have her call me back because the matter was urgent, but they either never passed on the message or she completely ignored my requests, I also resigned more than a week now, they sent me my payslip for my reserves but never sent me the money which probably will need legal action to recuperate it + my unpaid working hours etc…
They claim to care about their employees, but that only looks good on paper, overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, working there is horrible for your mental, emotional and even physical health, like many others in the reviews section, I do not recommend this amateur and unprofessional agency, I’ve never met a happy and satisfied colleague, they all leave with traumas.

At the beginning, they seemed very good and flexible, but honestly, they do not support their employees. They are supposed to defend us and stand up for our rights, but they don’t. Instead, they tend to support the companies more than the people who work for them, and that is the worst part of all.
I was fired for not staying silent and for standing up for my rights. The only good thing I take from that place is that I made great friends. They even fired me on my day off, which shows how unprofessional they are.
In my case, I didn’t have issues with payment, but that doesn’t cover everything else.
The current supervisors are completely unfit for their positions. There’s no leadership, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for employees. The way they manage the team is terrible, and it directly affects the work environment, making it tense, uncomfortable, and unhealthy.
There is a total lack of organization and communication. Often, you don’t even know who to turn to, and when you do, you get no clear answers or solutions.
Even though my payment experience was fine, I can confirm that the treatment, management, and overall work environment are unacceptable. These are real issues that need urgent attention.

I was contacted multiple times by them, and each time it was a complete waste of time. The first two times they reached out, only to later say the client was “not interested” — and they didn’t even bother to inform me. I had to chase them myself just to get a response.
Then it happened again a third time: same story, no communication, no accountability, and no replies to emails. Completely unprofessional.
By the fourth time, I suggested doing an online screening instead, since traveling costs time and money — but clearly they don’t care about that at all. It feels like they have zero respect for candidates.
Honestly, this company seems to be run by amateurs who have no idea what they’re doing. Communication is nonexistent, organization is a mess, and the whole experience is frustrating from start to finish.
They should seriously reconsider what they’re doing, because even a random kebab shop would provide better service than this.

Ik adviseer niet gebruik te maken van dit slecht georganiseerde bedrijf. Voor een Manager technische dienst functie langs gegaan in Hoofddorp voor een gesprek. Eerst met één "kort in functie" a technisch persoon. Na een half uur schoof iemand aan die dus duidelijk 1/2 uur te laat was. De korte opsomming aan haar, was helemaal niet mijn verhaal van de eerste half uur. Dat werd dus erg onduidelijk. Lang verhaal, kort. Uiteindelijk ben ik niet uitgenodigd op gesprek bij het bedrijf, dus even zelf dat bedrijf gebeld. Die waren verbaasd maar konden mij (wettelijk) één jaar niet uitnodigen. Staffice heeft daarmee mijn mogelijkheden, voor deze functie, proffesioneel om zeep geholpen.
Staffice reageert, lange tijd, niet op mijn meerdere verzoeken mijn gegevens uit hun systeem te halen. Blijkbaar hebben ze eveneens geen interesse te weten waarom dit verzoek is.
Slecht bedrijf. Absoluut niet aan te bevelen.

I have definitely wasted my time with this agency! I had an conversation with them, they told me about a nice job position & they were gonna contact the client. Weeks after, no reply! I had to call them for a follow up, only to hear the client wasn't interested. So if I didn't call, you wouldn't have said anything weeks later!? Then I was offered another position, I said I was interested, same as before, no reply, no updates! I'm gonna call it a loss! I'm sick of these logistics agency! They're way worse than the hospitality agencies! So unprofessional & childish for me!
