Worse place and agency I have ever worked for. Booked onto shifts when I wasn’t supposed to be, also got sent home from a shift after travelling to the warehouse. Underpaid me for the shifts I worked, refused to help. Also emailed continuously regarding missing pay and also p45. No response for any of it. I would avoid this agency at all costs. Jordan was especially unhelpful telling me I was booked in for a shift, then sent home the next day. Will be taking this further.
Modern Slavery
The staff are unorganised, disrespectful and aggressive. Communication can be difficult at times due to poor English. The warehouse feels like a complete FFA (free for all) There's also ALOT OF serious health and safety concerns that are not being properly addressed. Overall, this is genuinely the worst agency I've worked for, and I would not recommend it to anyone considering work at DX Willenhall.

Terrible agency, they don’t pay correctly, every week they don’t pay for 4-5 hours that you worked, don’t give you break but they will cut your money every day. Shift starts at 9’o clock but you will need to reach at the location at 5 or 6 o’clock and will be waiting for 3 hours there for free and then they will give you shift for 3 hours only and from that 3 hours they will cut 30 minutes break but they won’t give you break
If you have dispute regarding pay that payroll team will not reply or if they will reply they will say they can’t pay you for that hours as dx not marking your hours correctly, so pretty much you worked for free
Useless and unreliable agency. They will book you on shifts for you to be turned away at the site as they have booked too many staff on. When I brought this up they offered another position at the same site for day shifts as they are apparently guaranteed and more reliable. They did not contact me for a week and when i called in they said it’s because the position is full. All of the staff are unhelpful. Worst agency i’ve ever used.
Avoid this terrible Agency
Signing up with this agency was easy enough though that was a hassle as they delayed and delayed.
They seem very disorganised and i was turned away at the gate at the DX distribution centre so despite them telling me to go there for work, there was no work. This caused me stress and cost me unnecessary money.
