The owner of this business lacks the very basic skills to manage it properly . His inability to keep track of payments made to him is extremely poor and he can not even interpret or understand basic accounting. He is lazy, instead preferring to blame and harass others for his inaction and lack of capabilities. We would not recommend the use of this business.

Installation was without issue and handled excellently, I recommend Ben strongly if you need advice or help with solar heating your pool. Once we made call, lead time with exceptionally short and our pool is now a magnificent 28-29 degrees. Kids love it, it’s added a new dimension to the house.

Ben and Sydney Solar Solutions have recently installed a heat pump system for pool heating. It also involved the removal of an existing roof based solar pool heating system. Ben was brilliant from the get go. From the initial quote, through my questions, then the install process. Went above and beyond in tidying up some of my filter and system pipework as well. The system has been up and running now for a couple of months and I could not be happier. I'd highly recommend Ben for all your solar needs.

The extent of service Ben Gallagher went to to explain the pool's solar system and how it worked, in addition to the swift and professional installation, was top notch. There was never any frustration shown with our many questions and he was happy to pop back to go over the operation of the unit with us. It's worked extremely well since installed and I cannot recommend him and his company higher. The job was completed with a smile on his face and the home was perfectly cleaned afterwards.

A pleasure to deal with, laser focused on my particular setup and had the perfect solution to the amount of heat I needed. No more, no less. Handled the scheduling and came ready to go and on time. Ben also easily accommodated a change in the guttering that I was to carry out next year. Can't wait to be swimming in May without resorting to the gas heater :)
