I've been waiting for Steve since April to send my EICR certificate. He was quick to take my money though. Unreliable and untrustworthy and He's not answering my calls either
Quick and sorted minor issues. But after discovered careless mistakes and another electrician had to fix. Wrong thickness wire used on cooker ring. Sockets not in a line on wall . Ceiling light wire left under beam where plasterboard to be fixed instead of through it. They did sort the ceiling wire and they fixed the wire to the boiler switch which hadn't been embedded in the wall. But would not recommend. Changed 4 star rating after other issues discovered.
Spoke to Steve and informed him of the issues and the work I would like doing. He said it wouldn’t be a problem and we agreed a time and date over the phone.
2 days later he never bothered to turn up as agreed, at no point did he inform me he wouldn’t be there. No response to phone calls to chase up where he was.
Thankfully I managed to find another company who agreed to come round in the hour and they carried out the work to a brilliant standard.

If you want to find a reliable electrician this isn’t a company you can rely on. Not only do they not turn up, they also cannot be bothered to let you know beforehand. Great way to treat customers and run a business.
Electrician went to check the electrical wiring in a property I am in the process of buying. He phoned and told me everything I needed to know about the age of the wiring and what needed renewing and what was functional. Very pleased with the work and the speed in which the information was passed to me. Will be using this firm very soon to carry out more electrical work which I need completing. Thanks Steve.

Absolutely amazing company. Have used them now 3 times and cannot recommend them enough. They have rewired my kitchen, installed new points, sockets and led lights, wired my summerhouse and fitted an outside plug socket. Was recommended them by a friend, who has also used them several times.
The owner is very professional and accomodating. The work they have carried out has been of an amazing standard. The electricians are very friendly, tidy and went the extra mile during my summerhouse installation and my kitchen rewire.
Cannot recommend them enough, would never use anyone else.
SS installed a new bathroom fan for me which worked fine originally (although they left a mess after install, including leaving cracks in the ceiling from clumsiness in the loft). Six months later and the fan no longer works. I have asked for SS to return to check whether the fan is faulty but they have stopped replying to my texts. Very disappointed.

What can I say about Steve & his team.Used various times now over the years & always first class.Steve could not be more helpful & easy to get hold of.This latest job I needed a socket moving lower down so our new oven could fit in properly & they didn't disappoint at a very reasonable price.Cannot recommend Steve & his team enough & Steve always goes above & beyond .

Great electricians. Always attended. Had the converted garage fully fitted with electrics, car charger moved outside and on a separate occasion fitted me an outside socket in the garden.
Would highly recommend. Now my go to electrician.
