Excellent service. Nous avions initialement loué le véhicule pour 6 jours afin de visiter le nord de l’île, moins bien desservi par les trains. Notre voyage a commencé le lendemain du passage de cyclone Ditmah qui a détruit de nombreuses voies ferroviaires, nous forçant à poursuivre le voyage en voiture. SR a été extrêmement souple et nous a permis de prolonger la location de 10 jours supplémentaires par téléphone/whatsapp, ce qui a vraiment sauvé notre voyage!

Die Abholung vom Flughafen hat gut geklappt. Der Kleinwagen Axia war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Reisen braucht. Nach der problemlosen Rückgabe wurden wir kostenfrei zum Flughafen gefahren.

Had an exceptional experience dealing with them. They have a professional team looking after every part of the process and folks are very customer friendly. Cars are very well maintained. We deposited cash as security and got full amount back at the end of the trip. Will highly recommend them to anyone looking for self drive cars. Cannot comment on how good or bad the experience is if car is returned back with some damage. We had booked a saloon car but we got a brand new MG SUV for the same price as the saloon cars were out of stock.

I rented a car from them for two weeks and had an awesome experience. The car was really new and super comfortable to drive. The staff were friendly, easy to deal with, and made the whole process simple. Plus, the price was much cheaper compared to other rental companies I checked. We had rented a car for 4 days only and as per our agreement deposit will take 2 weeks to be released (unblocked) Now it been 1 month and 10 days and I’m still behind them to release my money!!! Plz resolve it at the earliest

Ryan was the person that I was dealing with. Very friendly and understanding. Flexible service. Highly recommend. Only downside is the car is 5 minutes from the airport, so process to pick up and return vehicle takes a bit longer than it would if the rental place was onsite at the airport. But no concerns over customer service.
