Positive progress from the word go. Good communication and understanding of our needs. Quote received and works completed within a couple of weeks. Our smaller and more complex job of resiting panels, was not pushed to one side like other companies had done previously. Highly recommended....

Max not only provided a significantly more competitive price compared to all our other quotes but also included approximately 20% more solar panels. I’m thoroughly impressed with Square1's service, from initial consultation to the final installation. The team's dedication exceeded our expectations at every step. From initial survey and pricing through to installation and aftercare support, these guys were tiptop. Answered all my questions before placing the order, which I had many. My install wasn’t straight forward being 3phase and some panels hung on bespoke brackets. However all installed an up and running within no time. Enjoying the benefits now….recommend Square 1 to anyone looking to have solar PV.

It has been great to deal with Max, Oliver and the Team for my Solar PV and Battery installation. My knowledge on Solar was limited so they have educated along the way, and installed a system with an Ev Charger which looks and works incredibly well. I had spoken to a few companies before deciding on Sq1, but in truth, their attention to detail, knowledge, no pressure to proceed, and references from friends that have already used them, made it a no brainer. Great to work with from start to finish.

Truly fantastic! Square 1 installed our system a year ago and they were superb! Quoted a fair price, completed the job in a day and the works was extremely well co-ordinated. All the team were professional, highly skilled and personable, and really cared about getting it right. Both Ollie and Max were on hand to check it was going smoothly and always responsive when we had questions afterwards. The after-service was excellent! The savings we have made on our electricity has been extensive and with the batteries we included its made a huge difference. Square 1 advised what they felt was best for our set up, and it is clear they want the best for their customers. Very trustworthy company and would highly recommend.

Max, Oliver and team have been a pleasure to deal with from the very start to the finish of the install, we’ve just had 16 panels installed along side a 5kva inverter/charger and topped with enough batteries to run the house for the day. All of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently, between Ollie and Max, we were made to feel at ease and completely reassured that all our needs were met and that we understood the app used to see the energy made and used. I can’t recommend these guys enough, and the package that’s been installed now, meets the needs we requested.

Recently had 22 panels and 2 batteries installed by SQ1. Perfect job from start to finish. Amazing attention to detail and a very high level of professionalism from the whole team. I would highly receommend.

We have been very very impressed with every aspect of Square1 installations. From the start with great customer service, not at all pushy. The install was prompt, and the installers very polite and helpful (they brushed the moss off our entire roof which was totally above and beyond). Through to aftercare when we had a little issue with the batteries talking to the inverter (I think?!). Ollie really took his time to find out & remedy the situation. They kept us informed at all stages, and were open to discussion about any queries. Lovely little local independent business run by a couple of very genuine guys. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them - and have to a lot of people. If you’re reading this review then don’t bother looking any further, these are your guys! Square1 I Installations Ltd were excellent throughout. Max was friendly and knowledgeable when he came to quote and discuss options with us. We received a very competitive quote soon after and the work was completed within 2 weeks. All of the tradespeople who came to the house worked hard, were friendly, completed their work to a highly skilled standard and left the site clean. This includes the electrical fit, roofers, scaffolders and system commissioning. An excellent job from start to finish and one that is saving us money from the off!

Square1 worked very well with my builder and fitted the solar panels and battery kit very promptly. The guys who did the work were great to have around too. It’s been fitted for 3 months now and I’m still not able to be paid for exporting, not mainly their fault it just seems a long process. I’m also having to teach myself about the LuxPower app and the solar boost, I’ve had some days with no hot water because it’s not been a great summer. Altogether a great service.

Very happy with everything from; the no pressure quotation (panels, inverter and battery) at the start, the installation itself, to the aftercare related to my random questions. I have had solar panels fitted by Max for over a year now and am delighted that I decided to fit them and to use this company. The whole process was smooth start to finish and generation has exceeded the predicted figures quoted at the time. What really impressed me about the company though was the after sales service. At the time of fitting I couldn’t afford a battery but added some last winter. I phoned Max asking for advice after a local electrician had not given me the correct info stipulated by the DNO. Max gave me the correct information/paperwork, liaised with the DNO on my behalf and put me in touch with electricians that were able to add in a battery. To do this was not obligatory however superb customer care which I appreciated and so I highly recommend this company and would suggest if you can afford it to put in as much battery storage as you can to maximise your generation. As I have an EV as well, I reckon I have already recouped the cost of installation and expect the batteries to pay for themselves in the next year or so. Thank you.

Square1 Installations Ltd were extremely professional, efficient, courteous, as well as health and safety conscious when they installed solar panels at my farm. The company responded very quickly when I had a small issue which they resolved straight away. I would recommend them for their expertise and customer service.
