Cancelled session at a weeks notice - still no refund
Enjoyable first experience. Then went to book again for summer holidays & they cancelled the sessions with less than a weeks notice & a month later they have still not refunded the sessions. Very poor.

They sent an email on Sunday night to notify us that the club has been closed and will remain closed for the remainder of the holiday. This was the 31st of July that the email was sent and as of today 12.08.26 no refund has been issued, I had to frantically look around to get my children into a new holiday club at the last minute. Sprint active holiday club owes me a refund , this entire ordeal was very unprofessional and they should be prosecuted.

My daughters have attended sprint active since they started reception , they are about to start in year 3 , we have never had any problems or had a reason to complain
My daughters were booked into sprint active based at st Thomas Aquinas school for 3 weeks during the summer holidays , the first week was fine and the girls had a wonderful time
On Sunday at 730 pm , myself and everyone booked recieved a email informing us that the holiday club was cancelled , no explanation was provided , we was informed that a email would be sent on the Monday with more information , again nothing
I have sent Multiple emails , made phone calls with no reply / response , I have now send a formal notice before action , in order to receive my full refund
Very unprofessional and just really disappointing and sad , as this was previously a fantastic company

Both of my daughters, started going to sprint active last year and have just finished the October half term, they attended the club run at Kings Norton Boys School.
They absolutely loved their time at sprint and always come home excited to tell me what they did during the day.
The staff are wonderful and always communicate how your child(ren) was during the day.
They do a range of activities from sports , games , dancing and arts and crafts , so something for everyone to enjoy. They also do fun things at the different holidays in the year , my girls did some Halloween activities which they loved.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality childcare during the school holidays.

Avoid!
Used this company for years, now they don’t want to refund after cancelling the holiday camp with 12 hours notice on a Sunday evening. Their booking system is still up and running. Scammers.

Really let down by sprint active. They cancelled our holiday club a week before we were booked in which left us in a mess. They have so far not refunded us. They are ignoring all our emails and the phone just rings out. This has been 3-4 weeks now
Unfortunately, I have had to change my previous 5 star review because of the awful and unprofessional communication. This company has really gone down hill. Sprint active cancelled £700 worth of my bookings with 2 working days notice of summer holidays and have not answered the phone or emails since (2 weeks ago). Considering we have used this company and been loyal for 3 years, I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and would not recommend using this company. This is only one of the problems we have had with them. My children have come home incredibly burnt, the only supervising adult fell asleep whilst in charge, the list goes on.

my son does actually enjoy going to holiday club, but last year I got there to drop him off one day to find the only adult there asleep whilst supervising the children. I cancelled my future bookings and they avoided me for 3 months before finally refunding me. Now this summer they cancelled all bookings the week before school broke up and again have ignored my request for my refund. Shocking service.
Unreliable and untrustworthy
They fail to pay their staff and avoid resolving issues, often ignoring communication or providing dismissive responses. Their so-called HR department seems nonexistent, and they show little regard for those they employ. If this is how they treat their team, I would hesitate to trust them with any serious responsibilities, especially involving children. Completely disappointing experience.

Jade our coach is phenomenal! The children are always keen for her weekly visits to the nursery and she always manages to keep them throughly engaged. Each time the children look forward to what each well structured session will bring, Dino eggs, space hunts or patiently practicing their balancing skills!

Our Friday Jade is the best!
Every Friday we have Jade arrive in an afternoon to our nursery (Little pioneers), when Jade walks into the nursery you bet every single child is shouting Jade's here!!!! With so much excitement!.
Jade has quickly got to know all the children by name and adapts her time with us to the children understanding what they prefer and makes the whole lesson a fun one around this.
Jade is very proffesional and staff enjoy her lessons just as much as the children!

We absolutely love this Holiday Club - our 7 year old would rather go there than any other planned days out in the school holidays! Lovely coaches, great organisation during courses, good level of security. His cousins have travelled from Hampshire on several occasions to attend the Club because it is SO great!!!

Great half-term camp! The staff were friendly and professional, and the activities kept my child engaged and happy every day. My child came home excited and full of stories. Really well organised with good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend and intend on booking again!

I give 4 stars out of 5 because I would like them to allow children to play outside as well.

Wraparound care clubs are working well! They offer better after school activities than what the school were previously able to offer with in-house care. The admin office is also really responsive and very helpful. App is fairly easy to use to make bookings, but not so easy to make amendments (no options available). The food options are also pretty limited. For these reasons I could not give the full 5 stars.
