Dr. Sprinkler/Sprinkler Master Repair solved all of our difficult sprinkler issues. We had missing valve boxes; Sprinkler Master Repair found them when no other company could. We had a severed wire; they rewired us and got everything running again. Cody was dedicated, persistent, warm. Good company, good people. We are very grateful.

Absolutely outstanding service from this company. They arrived early and went above and beyond in work quality, carrying out a full system diagnostic and fixing a number of additional issues that were outside the scope of the original call for a ruptured sprinkler line caused by an overlap with a fence post settling; pricing was very reasonable as well.
It's unfortunate that some households have had bad experiences with this company. I can only speak to my experience with then, which was excellent, which hopefully is a reflection of them having made some recent positive changes.
I was VERY pleased with the service I received from Dr. sprinkler. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He was able to address my problems and as time goes by we will see whether the repairs have helped with all the dry spots. I am confident that what they did will help.

Arrived on time, gave clear estimate of what work would cost and completed my stop and waste and valve replacement on the scheduled day. Employees are professional and understand sprinkler systems well. I would definitely recommend them if you want the work done correctly and in a timely manner!
Sprinkler Master installed a new valve for a new station in a new box, but did not run additional wiring for the valve. Instead, and without presenting options, they installed an unreliable bluetooth control (app only) that was totally separate from the rest of our system. Nope. When I told them that's not what we'd agreed on and was unacceptable, they just daisy chained the new valve onto an existing valve. Which is a great way to ruin solenoids, and, yes, we've had continual problems due to their cutting corners ever since.
And the price for this work? Nearly $3k. To this day I've not gotten the itemized invoice for "parts and labor" that I've asked for.
I was happy with what was completed. But the technician was slow moving, went back and forth to his van often, because he would only get one thing at a time. Found him on his phone several times standing in the shade. In the end I started turning on the sprinkler stations for him to check, because he would walk so slowly. They asl have a policy that when a valve needs to be replaced, all the valves in that box will also need replacement. At $250.00 for each valve in the box. I knew that I was paying for the time he spent at my home. In the end, I feel that the price I paid was high for what was completed that day.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I never write negative reviews, and was going to just ignore this one, but after my experience with another sprinkler repair company just yesterday, I felt I had to warn others before you get taken to the cleaners by Dr. Sprinkler. Call Blackbear sprinkler repair instead, you'll save yourself hundreds and get better service.
I used Dr. Sprinkler back in April and they charged me $810 to replace an irrigation filter. Parts were $180 and labor $580 due to the fact that sent out 2 techs to repair the filter which took 2 hours. Do the math, thats $145 per hour / per tech. If that wasnt enough they charged a $50 booking fee just to bid the job. Total ripoff.
After receiving the invoice I messaged the owner Brandon to see why the labor cost was so high and he informed me the job was a complicated mess. Really? Replacing a irrigation filter and digging out around the box. If fact I asked him why I had to pay for 2 techs when only one could work at a time. It was a filter box and there was only room for one tech to work at a time. I watched from my home office as one worked digging or replacing the filter, while the other sat back and watched. Then they would switch off. It was literally a one man job. However, the owners response to me about the techs taking turns was that they had 2 techs in the dirt at all times, digging, cutting, measuring, gluing or handing off supplies to the other person. This is total BS and a canned response to hide the fact that this was a one man job. But in the end I was still charged $145 an hour per tech. I guess Dr. Sprinkler really thinks they are doctors at that rate.
Call Blackbear, I promise you'll be way more satisfied and wont get ripped off. They quote the work by the job so you know exactly what it will cost at completion. And no booking fee. Their staff and techs are far more professional as well.
