Never be 5 MINUTES late for a Springwood Dental apt.!
Completely dissatisfied with this practice and will no longer be their pt.
I was a pt at this office for 15 plus years. I left work a few min early and traveled from out of town this particular day for my apt. I arrived 5 min late due to a detour on their road. Doors locked and lights out.
It is fine for Springwood Dental to run behind with their appointments waiting 15 plus minutes at times and several scheduling errors on their part more than once that they certainly would never own up to.
Say no more. I work in healthcare, UNACCEPTABLE pt care!
Our insurance changed and I found through my insurance website Springwood Dental participated. I called in March to set up new patient appointments and specifically gave them my insurance information and they confirmed they participated. Went in today. 5/19/2026, 2.5 months later to said appointment. Checked in, and AFTER services rendered to both of my children, they tried to get me to pay $600 because they do not participate with my insurance! They acted dumb and said that my insurance company listed wrong. They could have called, or even told me before the appointment that they didn't accept our insurance. Very deceitful and incompetent office staff!
I have been coming to the office since I had teeth, about 35 years. Before it was at its current location. The past several visit were not pleasant experiences with interaction of the office staff, you dont feel welcomed when you walk in. The office staff when you call in seemed to be very unhappy and dont really want to help. I love the dentists, Dr. Chris has done a great job taking over for Dr. Paul, in the office but I feel at this time I must part ways.
I've been going to Springwood Dental for the past three decades. The staff and doctors are excellent. One of the doctors, Dr Green is exceptional in the way that I see him talk with patients as he talked with me. Also his Dental skills are second to none. He has a calming effect when you're sitting in that chair. So thank you Dr Green for all the great work you do and thank you Springwood Dental for all you do!!
My experience at this office has been nothing but the absolute BEST. From the Dentist, front desk ladies, hygienist & assistants everyone was so pleasant and made sure I was well taken care of when getting any kind of work done. I HIGHLY recommend this office because they go above & beyond for everyone! They do the best that they can for their patients!
Been coming here for many years due to my insurance and Dr. Green being awesome, but the incompetence of the office staff is a constant, and there is absolutely no remorse for the mistakes on their end! I even have a wrong color crown in my mouth because nobody bothered to check the color before handing it to the dentist to install it. NOBODY even offered to do anything to attempt to make it right, they still billed 100% of the bill like it’s all good even though I have a permanent obvious mistake I see every day. The list of office mistakes goes on and on, repeating scheduling screw ups, billing me for other patients, "we'll call you to schedule after we talk to your insurance" then 6 months go by you call them and they don't know what you're talking about, and the list goes on. Every single time they try to tell you their mistake was somehow your fault while being rude to you about their mistake! The latest scheduling mistake was later disclosed by Dr. Green that the office staff straight out lied about what happened! Hummm.... knowingly lying to patients real professional! At least Dr. Green is an honest man. It’s a shame I’m going to give up the best dentist I’ve ever had for my sanity to distance myself from the office incompetence of this place. It might be different if they had any remorse or ever offered a discount for all the mistakes and inconveniences, but they simply don’t care! Their "policies" are even random, I called once to notify them I was a witness to accident and would be late because the Police were making me stay for a statement, I arrived 9 minutes late and was turned away. Then at a later appointment I watched a mother drop her kid off 17 minutes late and they took him no problem! The office staff is nothing but a bunch of rude angry older women who shouldn't interact with the public at all. 9 out of 33 reviews are unsatisfactory, meaning this office makes customers unhappy 27.3% of the time, statistically that's 1 in 3 customers! My guess, if it wasn't for Dr. Green it would be a 100% failure rate. Don't risk your sanity, go somewhere else that cares about their patients.

My husband and I have been long-term patients at Springwood dental. Dr. Green is by far of the best dentist I have ever come in contact with. But more recently. The customer service from the front desk and those that are answering the phone has been completely inappropriate. Without any type of notification, they stopped using my husband’s insurance which resulted in a very large bill for my husband and children. Once I called in to reschedule my cleaning that they canceled. I was told that I could not be rescheduled any longer at the practice and that they would give me a call back. I never received a call back. I finally called back in two days later and was told that until the entire balance is paid off, they no longer can see me even though it was my husband and children’s balance with two separate insurance. Lady on the phone has been beyond disrespectful to not only myself, but to my husband as well belittling, downgrading and completely inappropriate. I’m struggling because I love seeing Dr. Green and my kids love to see Dr. Green, but because of the lack of customer service and disrespect that we have been receiving the last few months is resulting in a family of five looking for a new practice. This is very unfortunate but at this point it is not worth continuing our services. If this is how we are going to be treated.
Dr. Green at Springwood Dental has been my dentist for probably 10+ years here (yes I know this review is long overdue lol) and he is THE BEST. I’ve always struggled with anxiety especially at the dentist and especially when I was a kid. Dr. Green- even when he fresh out of school- has ALWAYS made me feel heard, important, and special. He has exceptional dentistry skills; he’s not awkward, he always makes you laugh, and you know he genuinely cares. He’s a big family man, and does great work on both kids and adults (he treated me as both). He’s done all of my teeth two times over, and I seriously just couldn’t recommend him more. And I cannot forget to mention his assistants- every single one is amazing, gentle, and again you can tell just genuinely cares about giving you the best dental care they can. 12/10.
I am giving Springwood Dental three stars because of how long it takes to get an appointment in. I recently had a cleaning/checkup the other day which was near the middle of January and have my next appointment scheduled for August almost 8 months out. I believe it’s excessive to force you to put time aside that far out especially since it’s generally recommend to meet every 6 months with your dentist. It makes me concerned if I would be able to get in within a timely manner if I needed emergency dental treatment. It tells me the office might be scheduling more patients than they can reasonably handle.
Other than that. The staff was attentive. Some of the more experienced Doctors such as Lupinetti retired. Haven’t really interacted too much with the newer staff but I have had good experiences with them. Goodluck getting an appointment scheduled in a timely manner if you’re a new patient.
After being a longtime happy and paying customer to them. Thye decided when i turned 65 they don't want me anymore and won't take any insurance i have. So I hope you enjoyed all the money i spent over 18 years. Before you allowed me to pay off large bills, now since I am a senior citizen you require everything up front.
Dissatisfied with implants which were hurting me. I went back to get them adjusted. The DDS hastily filed too much of the tooth and refused to fix it. Said "well I don't make them like God does." Terrible feeling after paying so much money.
Brought in another DDS to confirm who of course said " he didn't see anything wrong."

Iris, we are sorry you are having problems with your implants. I believe you have the wrong Dental practice. We do not have you in our system as a patient.
Have been going here for several years and never had a single issue. When I lived in another city I ran into so many bad dental visits that I would make the trip to springwood whenever I was in town. The dentist and staff do their job without any complications and that’s all I could ever want.
My son had an appointment today and he made the hygienist work for it. He refused to lay down but she got creative and cleaned his teeth while he was sitting up to make him comfortable. I appreciated her ability to get as much cleaning in as she could because he didn’t make it easy. Thank you, Adrianne!
