We are sorry you feel this way. We have carefully reviewed our records, including the approved estimate and our communications. Multiple project options were discussed during the estimating process, and the work completed matched the proposal that was selected and confirmed prior to installation. We also removed the existing fence in that area as a courtesy at no additional charge. When questions arose after the installation, we reviewed the approved estimate together and explained that the additional fencing referenced was not included in the accepted proposal. We stand behind our workmanship and remain willing to discuss any legitimate concerns directly. Our goal is to provide quality work and clear communication on every project.

This is an updated review. I initially had a problem with one side of my fence. Dillin came out himself and looked it over. The guys came back and redone that one section. I totally appreciate being heard. Dillin is great to work with.

Great company. They came and repaired my fence and did an outstanding job. Pleasant and professional company and staff who care about their customers. I highly recommend them. UPDATE: I have called Springwater Fence several times over the years to repair our fence and each time I have called they have been just as responsive and courteous as the very first time I called. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for my fencing issues.
