AWEFUL! These people don’t stand behind their work at ALL! Trusted them to install an 8ft fence 6 months later it’s falling apart- we had to contact the police to even get the fence installed since they refused to return any of our calls. Once there seemed like stand up people yet now that there’s issues they’ve once again avoided calls, won’t return any messages texts or calls, blocked us from social people because we’ve stated our truths - they claim lifetime warranty yet don’t stand behind it!! Other fence companies have come out and mentioned how poorly the job was done! Don’t trust these people!! They’ll take your $ and run!

No return phone calls after several calls to office and to Jesse Mengal, this is very disappointing, Product is not of quality and very dangerous with not being able to get out of the gate due to the lock being defective.

If I could give negative stars I would! Hired him in oct and gave him 10,000 down for a vinyl privacy fence. He gave me a flyer with Dollar banks code stating dollar would give his customers 12 months same as cash. Was told he would start week of nov 3. 2025. I text him a few days before to make sure I was still on the schedule. No answer left message nothing. Called the office numerous times and got no response. He had 10 grand of my money. I filed a dispute with dollar banks credit card. I was then told that spring valley was no longer a vendor of theirs. Nice to know now! I called office again and got a return phone call. Secretary stated HEs BUSY! Too busy to call a customer that he has 10 grand of their money? Really? I told her to have him call me. Again, nothing. He and his crew show up December 16. Gave excuses and blamed his secretary for no return calls or text. They finished December 23rd. I gave them the balance of 7,989. Everything LOOKED good until the wind storm. Thank GOD for the storm. It took out one of the 8 ft panels. After investigating, found out there’s NO cement in the post. ! Look at the pictures. Not a drop of cement. This is the very last section at the top of the yard which runs into the chain link that they installed across the back of the yard. Even that chain link fence posts on either side shakes back and forth forth. Ridiculous! I sent him the same video and pics and he still claims there is cement in the holes. Blaming it on the storm. Paid $16000 for a fence less then a year ago have now had the company out several times to fix my gates. Have been calling since April for then to come back out fix pickets that are cracked and warped and my 2 gates that were not supposed to sag that are sagging and the heavy duty latch already rusted and broke. My gates must be fixed for winter to get to my barn they were told this and still every time i call since April they are sending someone when they have the time and never have sent anyone yet!!! Look at other fence companies first because valley fence does not have enough people to service their already paid for products they will not come fix your fence in the warranty time if you need it fixed!!!! They are only worried about getting new fences up and paid for!!!!

I originally contacted spring Valley fencing early April to get an estimate Jessie came within 8 days it took him until 22 April to get an estimate at which time I paid 50% down. It was my understanding that fencing would be installed prior to my pets arriving in mid May. Since then I have contacted them regularly by either phone email and text. I rarely get a response and when I do I keep getting excuses. I can understand weather delays however they keep citing employee issues. Apparently employees keep quitting and going to other companies "kinda tells me something there" most likely bad company to work for weather it be pay, benefits or poor working conditions. It's a Family business so no doubt poor compensation to workers while owners rake in cash. Anyway it's now August 25th and nothing has been done yet no fencing installed they won't reply to messages. This was supposed to be a one day possibly 2 day job. I have no doubt their putting me off for bigger jobs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have filed complaints with the state attorney general the BBB and local news consumer investigation reporters. I will be filing criminal charges in local magistrate office and if necessary suing them as well. All I really want is my fencing installed immediately without delays. Update fence was finally installed August 27 28th. A few crooked posts and several sharp edges from staples protruding through. It was an ok job but nothing to rave about and definitely not for the price. I would not recommend this company mainly do to poor communication (calls texts and emails go unanswered to often) entirely to long of a wait for a simple project. What impressed me most was Jesse’s dedication. He worked alongside his crew all day and often came back in the evenings to keep things moving forward on his own. His work ethic is unmatched and he never once complained. The result speaks for itself, the fence looks absolutely amazing.

I was very happy with our fence after it was completed and adjustments that needed to be changed . I now have a different view a year later. We paid for our gates to close automatically. They were not installed that way, and we were told they would order the correct part and come replace them. They came almost 9 months ago and it wasn’t right. They told me they needed to order the correct part. I’ve followed up several times and still haven’t had them swapped correctly. Most recently and more frustrating is that I called over a month ago to ask about getting a rod replaced that my dog bent and it broke. So now my dogs can escape. It’s the whole point of the fence and now it serves no purpose. I have called, texted and messaged on fb numerous times. NO RESPONSE!!!! unfortunately this is turning into having to contact my attorney. I have been more than patient. Very unhappy and because of these two issues after the installation, I would no longer recommend this company.
