*edit* I upgraded them from 1* to 3* as this is a 3 yr old review and after reading through it again, I feel it's time to adjust the rating to where the overall experience was! This was done voluntarily with no pressure to adjust my rating and me just trying up be fair to the business! The rest of the review is as is* They definitely do great work, but there's a reason I only have given them one star. I got into an auto accident, and received a phone call telling me they worked for my insurance company and wanted me to go in and get seen here. I figured it was because I experienced whip lash after getting rear ended in my Honda accord by a RV while I was at a red light. I went in, the service was excellent with a great staff and a very short wait. But, after I called my insurance to ask why they sent me there it turns out they had not. Apparently a side company who finds referrals for the clinic got my police report, then lied to me in order to get me in there. I did receive a phone call from the clinic after they realized what happened and they apologized to me for it, but regardless I found it extremely unprofessional.

This place has been absolutely life changing!! Adjustments are on point! Never been “man handled” in such a healing restorative way. Massages are the absolute best I’ve ever had. I have degenerative disc disease and stenosis throughout my entire spine, and since coming to Spokane Spine and Disk I have quality of life I thought I would never have! No more using pain meds, back to the gym and other activities, I am forever grateful! Thank you!

My name is Kevin Killingsworth and I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and I was a client years ago but have since had 3 back surgery’s, 3 knee, Neck fusion and other issues that I got when I served my country. Went back 10/22/24 after many years because of a herniated disc that crushed my S1 nerve cut off circulation. Waiting for the VA for over 90 days to get chiropractic care physical therapy and massage approved. I finally had no choice because I was losing feeling in my leg by the time I got into see Dr. Chamberlin and their team got me in Immediately, my whole right calf and foot I could not feel it was very painful and with one session the next day, 30% of my feeling in my foot came back. Not only that the numbing in the pain subsided after my second massage therapy. I could walk straight again. I’m on the right track and all I can say is thank God for Dr., Chamberlin and his staff to get a disabled veteran in where the VA would not help me and finally get me into a place where I’m getting relief and on my way to a good health care plan!

Spokane Spine and Disc is the best medical office I have been to! They are all kind, compassionate people! I have or am using many of their services from chiropractic, weight loss, laser and decompression, I have even done stem cells and PRP which has helped me immensely!!! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody I know!!! You will certainly be doing yourself a favor by trying their PRP and /or stem cells before considering any surgeries! Before they were doing stem cells, I had surgery on my knee and shoulder and I am still suffering arthritis from that! I have before and after x rays of my knee and it shows actual growth, I am no longer bone on bone!! I had it in both knees and can hike, do stairs and all the things I couldn't do before when my knees were bone on bone..Thank u to everyone at Spokane Spine and Disc for everything they still do for me, would never consider going anywhere else for these medical needs!!!
