We did a bid process a few years ago and picked Special Care to upgrade our call system. They came in and did a great upgrade to our system. We at first, sat down with them an formulated a plan on how they would work with our Staff and Residents. Then they started and everything went as planned. They were very caring with our Residents and also with our Staff. A great success! I would totally recommend to any Facility to talk with them about a call system. best, Jack Pease
