I have had the worst experience here at Spa One at The Plastic Surgery Group. I have received many different facials and from many different providers but this experience was the worst. This is my first time going to the specific merchant, but this is not my first time receiving the specific facial the facial I was getting was a dermaplane/hydra facial during my facial. I was cut with one of the tools being used to take the peach fuzz off my face. The cut was right below the tip of my chin. I felt the cut instantly, the lady who is it, providing the service brushed it off as if it were a small minor cut, and that it was not bleeding, but it was the opposite. You could see the white part of my skin from where I was cut. There was blood and it was big enough that it could be pushed together to close it, as she continued to provide the service as she did not offer me a Band-Aid, she did offer to clean it up. She did not offer to sterilize it. While checking out with the merchant, I did express my concerns about being cut and not happy with the service that was provided to me. I did ask for a manager, but the lady said it was after hours, so it was just me and the service provider and no manager. The next day I did call the spa and I did leave a message regarding my concerns, and nobody got back to me, which is why I took it upon myself to dispute my charge as I already stated to the merchant at the time of payment. The goods were not as described and not received in good condition. I #1 was cut during my service and was shown no sympathy, #2 I now have a scar on my chin from skin tissue which affects my job as a model. I would like my full refund as the service was not properly conducted, I should not have left that establishment with an open wound on my face that was still bleeding.
I’ve been going to Spa One for years now ever since Nicole has been working here. She is the ONLY person I trust with my skin. She gives the absolute best facial/hydra facial. She is so knowledgeable and gentle with your skin. I always walk out feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! My skin is always glowing and I am constantly getting compliments. She is the best out there! I have received hydra facials at spa one and several procedures from Dr.Gannon. I cant stress enough about how wonderful & professional the Spa one girls are and the Plastic surgeon...they all treat me like a human being, not just another patient to put in their books...they really care and put in the effort, and that means something to me! I wouldn't go anywhere else! I would give a 10 star if I could.
If you are a person of darker complexion looking to get laser done here, don’t sadly I had to be turned away because they aren’t up to date with their laser technology and can’t work with darker complexions . It was nice of the woman who was doing to you be honest with me about the risks, she was great! but they do need to update if they want to expand to a more diverse customer base :/
This spa is hands down one of the best places you can go in New York State. The results are amazing and the aestheticians are super knowledgeable and honest about what treatment you need. I’ve been seeing Nicole Munn for my facials and she’s turned my skin completely around. I used to have acne scars, acne and fine lines but from vivace, dermaplaning and hydra facials mixed in, I now have the best skin I’ve ever had at 30 yrs old.
I go to Christine at spa one. She's amazing at what she does. My skin looks so good right now.
I have been a client of Marika at Spa One for several years. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Marika is accomplished in a variety of techniques, and through observation and interview, always makes an awesome recommendation that sends me home glowing. My most recent visit was on Tuesday and I feel that my skin has been renewed. I am in my 50's and consider Spa One and Marika indispensable.

Spa One is such an amazing place! They offer so many different services and will cater to all of your needs, from Laser Hair Removal to Spray Tans and even Eyelash Extensions! This place is your one stop shop for everything you need to feel great! I love it there and will keep recommending to my friends and family! :)
Amanda is the best!! She applied a full set of extreme lashes for me and I absolutely loved them!!! I have never seen eyelash extensions look so full and natural plus she applied them very quickly other places in NY took over three hours to do what she accomplished in half the time. I will definitely be going back to try more services and keep up on my lash needs!!!
