Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for in-person interpreter services. Their website advertises this at a very reasonable €40 p/h, and having been satisfied with their help in 2021 (TIE registration), I thought I could rely on them to accompany me to my GP surgery to assist with rescheduling a missed hospital appointment.
My first email was ignored. When I followed up, they finally replied, only to say the date might be tricky and that medical jargon would be hard to handle. I explained I was flexible with dates and that the appointment would simply involve a short conversation between two native Spanish speakers, with no reason to expect excessive medical jargon.
That email was ignored, as was my second request. It’s now clear this service is just filler for their website.

I hired Javier to register my car in Spain. The first stage of the process went smoothly. For the second stage, Javier did not show up to an appointment scheduled with the DGT. He messaged me on whatsapp less than an hour before the appointment to tell me that he did not receive paperwork on time from a third party and that he may have to cancel the appointment if he didn't receive it that morning. I asked him to confirm the cancellation several times before the appointment -my calls and messages were ignored. At the appointment, in Javier's absence, I completed the paperwork myself and booked a final appointment to finish the registration. I emailed Javier to tell him this. I was understanding about him not having the paperwork ready for the appointment, as he blamed the third party, but I expressed my disappointment in him not giving me notice in due time (as I had taken a day's annual leave and travelled for over an hour each way to attend the appointment), for not confirming whether the appointment was going ahead or not, and for ignoring my calls and messages. I want to pay for the services that were carried out, which I stated in the email. Since a few hours after the missed appointment, Javier has repeatedly text my whatsapp from both this work and personal number and has sent me an email using threatening language ("And as a person of law, I will not allow this to happen, I must say"), demanding payment for paperwork that I did myself at the DGT office, and accusing me of fraud. This has been a terrible and stressful experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

First of all and just to get some idea on this case, this lady DIDN'T PAY A PENNY after made us dealing with her car inspection appointment and documentation, applying at the tax offices, making the forms, booking the appointment at the traffic office, etc etc etc. Secondly, we have already presented a legal complaint at the Juzgado de lo Penal Nº 2 in Malaga City about something we are sure it is a fraud from the beginning (and not just an unpaid service), so she is right about that (we are also attaching this comment as slander, indeed). All businesses need to avoid these cases and face up to these fraudsters and dishonours people. In fact, this lady seems to be a bilingual person who grew up in Spain, trying to develop a similar business or with some relatives doing so. Unfortunately, sometimes we have this type of fake customers (who will never pay) trying to take an advantage of our good reputation. Besides, as she described by herself, we told her the first appointment was not finally possible due to an “unexpected” public administration delay. That was all our blame. However, we offered her to pick up her documents in Manilva the same week so it had been everything the same for her, but she disagreed. In other words, she didn’t want to pay from the beginning, we believe, just getting all done or almost done and then slandering about us and running away, so she was waiting for the least excuse to do so.
We will continue doing our best to make THOUSAND expats happier in Spain, and a few people like this lady will not blackmail us for doing so.
Indeed, right now we are working with the penalty prosecutor in Malaga to provide further proofs about her related business and her poor way to discredit us, apart from blackmailing and swindling. Let's see what a Spanish judge thinks about these practices.

The reason is related to international payments, currency exchange and credit card payment fees. However, in this case, the main reason was that you wanted to cancel the service once you had collected some enough information, and our main service is advising. Besides, this review has been made after threatening and blackmailing with doing so of we didn't make a refund and he didn't get to deceived the credit car dealer to get a refund. Indeed, I just promised you I would talk to my colleague and discuss a possible refund, which didn't come after your unacceptable behaviour during these days.
