Dear Sir, we are sorry for this, even if not being answered seems a bit too much for a 1 star review. By the way, let me explain: we are 2 people here, my girlfriend and me. I am in charge of designing, manufacturing at the CNC machine, checking the warehouse, purchasing tools and raw material, and burocracy matters, which in Italy are a huge brake for companies. I also have to answer people, especially technical answers which my girlfriend cannot give. Being our sales 95% out of Italy, people is used to write us by email, messenger, instagram and whastapp from all the world, and they don't care about the timezone, so there is people writing while I am sleeping because it's full day where they write from. It happened I got phonecalls from Australia or Brasil in the middle of the night. But it's ok, it's my job. Lots of messages are in line every day and I have to care first to keep up with production because there is people who paid and wait for parts. In this mess, I loose some message. Sadly it happens quite often. I sleep in the company to quicken things, and we work in weekends too, this until we'll find a reliable CNC machinist to operate full time on our machine. And of course, before hire him/her, there is burocracy to clear. (safety papers, first rescue and fire class to attend and pay, driving licence for the forklift to attend and pay, certifications of machines and electric plant to put together....) We expect to clear all this by this year. About your specific inquiry, we don't have the spacer for your MG. It has to be made on purpose and we need a used steering wheel here on which take dimensions. Until a while ago we were used to buy the steering wheel (200€ on ebay, at least), design the part and sell to the first customer at the normal 245€ price, loosing a lot with immediate designing/prototyping cost, hoping to have a gain with future customers. But we now have over 100 steering wheels in stock, at the point that somebody ask if we are a car parts reseller. So, sorry, we no longer buy a steering wheel for a car there isn't a lot of market for. We'll restart putting effort on new products after we'll be more quick in normal operativity(production and customer service) because otherwise we are going to work very bad. We apologize about no answering you, hope this make it clear. You can leave your review as is, it gives a chance for us to make clear things. And we believe that simple truth push us more far than social bullshit the actual world is so used to.
