Southwest is amazing. I love how you can choose your seat when boarding you don't have to pay extra. I love how baggage is included 3 free bags! Omg, that is the best part. I dislike carrying luggage all over the airport and only using 3oz bottles. My skincare and body lotion is over 3oz lol I can't and I don't want to buy what I need at my Destination so I have to check In my bags. Customer service is awesome! Their rewards are awesome! Just everything about Southwest is fantastic. I have no complaints. They always have deals on their flights every day. Also, you can cancel your ticket 10 mins before and get a refund or a credit for the next flight.

Our flight was delayed and we had to sit for over two hours, with no service from the airline crew other than water. We boarded at 11:00am and it was 2:05 and still we weren't offered a single snack. A lot of us had kids who were cranky and hungry and they wouldn't even acknowledge that. The least they could have done was offer a small snack granted we have been sitting on the plane since 11:00 am. It's lunch time and they could care less. Beyond frustrated we missed an appointment today which is the whole reason we were traveling. Do better southwest maybe if you would've offered a dry snack people wouldn't be so hangry we have been sitting here since 11:00am!!
Unhappy people say, and do unhappy people things! If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. With that, Southwest Airlines is an amazing airline with even better customer service. I have never been disappointed flying this airline and I live Bicoastal; flying at least once a month for 8 years. People tend to forget that things happen that the airline can’t control. Instead, be happy that you can even afford to fly. This airline is exceptional and anyone who says otherwise is simply unhappy. Thank you Southwest Airlines!

Solid choice, affordable, travel prices
Southwest Airlines Review (4/5 stars) Southwest Airlines consistently provides a reliable and enjoyable travel experience. Their no-frills approach is straightforward, and I love the flexibility of not having to pay for checked bags or change fees, which makes planning so much easier. The boarding process is unique, and while I appreciate the efficiency of the open seating system, it can feel a bit hectic at times. The crew is always friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere on board. My only minor critique would be that the lack of assigned seating can sometimes cause unnecessary stress during boarding but I believe that’s supposed to change here soon. Overall, Southwest is a solid choice for convenient and affordable travel.
Never buy a gift card from Southwest! I was given a $50.00 gift card and I am unable to use it. I got in touch with Southwest, and they just said no refunds! All I wanted was my $50.00, but they just said a flat NO. However, they can offer $500.00 off any destination they fly to. What a joke. I strongly recommend to stay away from Southwest!!!

My comfort airline
I’ve been flying Southwest for so many years that it has become my comfort airline. I know the staff is going to be friendly, the pet travel fee is reasonable, and I get two free checked bags which I need because I am a girlie who consistently packs unnecessary outfits for “just in case”.

Carmen the flight attendant, based in Houston, is amazing!! My sister and I recently picked up my 9 week old puppy in Raleigh to take her home to Houston. She would not stop screaming crying on the flight, poor thing! I was in tears, but Carmen made me and my sister feel so much better. I am so thankful for her!

My favorite experience is with southwest
I enjoyed flying back in the day before Covid. My family and I would go to Florida often. Southwest would run great deals. They were organized and professional. The plane was always clean, but due to the cost now we just travel by car my best memory is my daughter drawing the pilot a picture and he gave her a pin. By far my favorite experience

Confortable seating and fair prices
The booking process and pricing was very simple and comparatively straightforward. I took 1 half hour flight and 4 and half hour connection flight in one go. No much food options, just 1-2 snacks and drinks. I wish there were any entertainment options as well it was quite boring in there. Good pilot and okay flight attendant.
