I’m very pleased with the girls and there kind hearts to help others when they don’t know something, rather than being rude an unwelcoming like the place up the road! All because I didn’t know that certain places only take the QR CODES. the girls at south pike postal helped me print a shipping label instead of being rude a nasty like the girl from premier postal plus!

Bought items from their auction online and requested shipping needs. I get shipping can sometimes be expensive and I’m taking a risk as they don’t even give you an idea on how much shipping is going to be. I bought three bowls. Approximately the weight would’ve been 5-10 pounds max. Not an oversized box for them either. They tried charging me almost $90 to ship them to Texas which is outrageous. I don’t know what shipping services they are using but there are services out there to not gouge customers to the point of not wanting the items they paid for. Makes me sad they weren’t willing to work with me on the price. They were set in stone on what they wanted and just really upset me. Really wanted the bowls but when shipping is almost double the price of what I paid for them, really doesn’t make sense. Makes me feel like they’re just trying to make an extra buck thru their shipping costs by gouging a customer to make more.

The auction is not through our store. That is through another private auction house. Texas is a high shipping zone. WE do not make the prices. The shipping companies do. If we can help you in a other way, please contact us.
