These guys are amazing! superb customer service, prompt response and the whole lot wholesome! backstory: bought myself a toaster from japan, been waiting to get it since beginning of covid lockdown era. this toaster was my goal was my determination for things to get better but little research did I do not realizing that finally after getting it. it runs on 100v @ 930w. UGH, eager to plug the little guy in I dont want any magic smoke. I've contacted these guys and the person on the other line (James) was very prompt to respond with good news that they do have a step down converter in the specified specs. comes with a warranty too and even gave a test run in the shop, boys I hope you enjoyed the toast. cheers again top blokes!
