unfortunately the experience was disappointing. There were many staff members walking around, yet no one approached or checked on us, so we had to wait a very long time just to place an order. The food itself was also not impressive — nothing special and definitely not worth the wait. The only reason I would come back here is for the hookah, which is truly good and worth trying. Everything else could be much better.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not very good — bland and absolutely not worth the price. But what made it even worse is that we were asked to leave before we even finished our meal. They were polite, but it was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We came to relax and enjoy dinner, not to be rushed out. We didn’t feel welcomed at all. There are plenty of restaurants that respect their customers and serve better food. We won’t be coming back. NEVER.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times with my friends unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The guy working there had an attitude from the moment we walked in and acted like he didn’t even want us there. We all worked in customer service field before and we are always nice to the staff. However It’s really unpleasant to relax in a place where the staff makes you feel unwelcome. I love the vibe of the restaurant, but the people who work there completely ruin the experience. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes this seriously. Just a heads-up to anyone planning to visit.

Soup N burger used to be good but now its shit my chicken Alfredo is almost always undercooked so badly that i have to get refunds from seamless/grubhub, delivery driver from restaurant is also very rude & constantly complains to me, i did a call in order to Soup N Burger tonight November 29th, 2025 & the delivery driver kept saying "next time order through uber eats i dont want tips i dont want tips" WELL EXCUSE ME FOR ONLY HAVING A $100 BILL! I was literally adding tips on my phones calculator then he rudely told me that, shame on you jerk.

BE AWARE the couriers very pushy demand tips 🤑👎🏼 At the same time, this is already the second time I’ve found a man’s hair in my mushroom soup. I ordered through grubhub but they have their own delivery driver. Their delivery guy was upset with the tip amount saying it was too low, tried to hand back to me in cash, I said no keep it, he then proceeds to toss the money at me and it hit the ground and he walked away. Im not the type to write reviews but when something super upsetting happens I have too. If you can't appreciate any amount of tips dont work in the food/delivery services. Highly unacceptable and super entitled behavior. Man needs to humble himself.
