We have had the Hoot septic system for 6 months. I have nothing but good things to say about our our service provided from Richard McCauley & Robbin. The calmed my fears many times befor & during the instalation. Robbin was so helpful when I would call her regarding the getting the very large tank down our long narow driveway. It was so nice to deable to talk to another woman. One that was so familar with the process. Today was our first 6 month maintence & inspection. All went well. A#1 job

These are the folks we hired to put in our Hoot system. It is not cheap, but they beat the price of our first bid and worked with us to get the job done. We highly recommend them and the nice folks that work for them. They are easy to work with and always respond when there is a question or change. I would use them again!

I reached out to this company because I was looking for someone to perform a septic system inspection in Amador County. It turns out this company doesn't provide that particular service, but the business owner still took the the time to respond to me personally. What's more, he also gave me a few tips about what to be on the lookout for in the inspection. Free, expert advice. Who does that these days? That was really neat, and I think it says a lot about the way this company does business. If we need installation of a septic system at one of our properties in the future, we'll go to them first.
