Absolutely devastated with the service we received! please read the terms and conditions carefully as they were late due to traffic and as per the terms and conditions we got no partial refund, so the first hour and a bit of our 2 hour party we were without a bouncy castle! To arrive an hour and a half after they said they would because of traffic just doesn’t seem good enough. Awful company with terrible service and shoddy excuses!

If you knew what we did and how hard we worked to make sure we were able to even turn up I'm sure you would not leave this review.
This was due to a road closures on a21. That meant we had a long diversion and stuck in traffic. This is very rare but can happen. As soon as we were aware we called you to inform you and we then sent further text to keep you updated. We had another booking before yours and once we got there everyone helped and we were running back and fore to get it done quickly so we could get to you as quick as possible. We worked so hard as we didn't want to let anyone down. It's upsetting when customers don't realise what we do. I understand we were late but this was out of our control. We hope you reconsider this review.

We had a dinsosaur bouncy castle for a garden party, the service was fantastic. Great communication and price. They were able to accommodate a suitable pick up time which was much appreciated.

Excellent service, I had trouble with the website so called and was given a fix to complete my order online the same day. Bouncy castle was perfect for my 3yr olds birthday, arrived and collected at the time I was advised it would be. Really easy to set up and take down. Thank you so soft play, will definitely use again

We used SoSoft Play and bouncy castle hire at the weekend for my children’s birthday party. From the first phone call I made they were so helpful, recommending a venue that would fit everything in the package I wanted to hire. They then arrived and set up everything so quickly and smoothly and then packed it away again at the end. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend them and use them again.
