Everyone friendly and professional. Believe office is overburdened, though. I was asked to arrive early for my appointment. I still had to wait a 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time to see the doctor. This caused me to have to reschedule another appointment that I would not be able to keep.
Had my new patient appointment today and everything was excellent. Front office staff and nurse were professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. took plenty of time with me, didn't rush me and truly listened to my issues and concerns. Will be bringing my son here next. Recommend highly! Thank you Sonoran Sleep Center for the wonderful experience.

One star is too high for this practice. At my first appointment, could not find the office. No signs. Person who answered the phone had no idea how to give directions. I was given the home study test with a phone number to call through the night if I had problems. I had problems. Called multiple times left multiple messages. No one answered. No one bothered to call back. Why give the number if it is unusable? People with insomnia are already stressed. This place does nothing to help and only adds to your frustrations. I now need to speak with them about cpap questions. No answer on phone, no answer to email. The customer service is just terrible

The most amazing experience! I was so nervous, not knowing what to expect. Since I literally don't sleep I was expecting to be completely judged and my concerns dismissed. Jacqueline was not only patient and welcoming but genuinely concerned for my overall well-being and showed great empathy for my situation. Together with this team in place I feel we can get to the bottom of my 35+ year struggle with sleep 😴 🤞

I was very pleased with this sleep center! My appointment was at 11 AM and I was taken back to a room even before then. The tech person was very thorough looking at my records and the physicians assistant listen to all of my questions and answered in a very thorough manner! I highly recommend this sleep center!
