So frustrating to use
It does not stay on for more than 7 minutes - no it’s dead because if you wait a few minutes, it will start working again. But why so difficult to keep on? I have no idea, but it’s super annoying. Don’t really know if it will make a difference on my skin…

Shuts off constantly.
My wife likes this when it works, but it shuts off constantly. I always see her shaking it and tapping it trying to get it working again. Other than that it's fine, but the constant powering off is super annoying. It always comes back on, and it's not a charging issue because it does it even when fully charged.

Poor quality, poor customer service
This should really be “O” stars. I bought 2 of these devices, one for each home and they both stopped working after about 8 weeks of daily use. I reached out to the manufacturer on their website and through Amazon and never received a response from these complaints. I would not purchase anything from solawave again!

Doesn’t turn off
This thing sucks. It is so finicky about turning “off.” So essentially it won’t turn off, vibrates, and eventually dies. Everytime I go to use it then, I have to charge it (30 - 45 min). This whole taco has caused me to not be able to use it like 3 out of 4 times. I would return it but I’m just past 30 days. UGHHHHHH

Nice red light therapy tool
This wand is a good option for red light therapy if you don’t want to get an entire mask. You can also focus in more detail on specific sections of your face and neck. It holds a charge for a very long time and is easy to turn on and off. The serum is also nice. It’s cooling, is not sticky, and doesn’t leave a residue. To charge, the wand plugs into a USB. It’s small and easy to use for travel.

HELP! It WON’T TURN OFF!!!
First of all, I don’t use this thing because I have sensitive skin and it gave me a rashy burn. There is no on/off switch. To get it on, you need to touch it against your skin, which kind of works, kind o doesn’t. Then last night, it turned on for no reason and won’t turn off!! Had to plug it in to stop the buzzing. Just turns back on when not plugged in. Guess I’ll need to take a hammer to it next? I want a refund.

Was expecting a lot more from this. I’ve used it less than 10 times and it’s faulting to turn on and stay on throughout the process. Less then two month and I would like to have to exchanged to try a new one. Did I get a lemon?

No Customer Service Response on Faulty Solawave
Unfortunately, the top simply fell off, and I tried to put it back together myself. All that resulted was zapping my face. I’ve reached out four times with no response and now the window closed to return. I don’t recommend buying from this third-party seller. I didn’t realize it was a third-party seller. The company itself repair the item due to it being 3rd party.

Wanted to wait..
Been using this for over two weeks, and increasing the times. At first, I noticed the neck looked to become more defined. Now, I can tell with the fine lines around my eyes and the deep smile lines. I recommend using it after you cleanse your face with a foam/cream. Then, add a moderate amount of serum and use it for a couple of seconds to a minute. Increasing with everyday use, I can almost guarantee that you will get your monies worth.

It didn’t last after three months.
Unfortunately, the wand didn’t last more than 5 minutes at a time after three months. I had to recharge each night to get the five minutes I needed each day. One charge should last 60 minutes of use which means I should only have to charge every 12 days. Not worth the money and I couldn’t return after 30 days.
Mine stopped working after one use.
