I knew my husband and family would like to see old books. I had no idea we would find what we found at Sokol Books. It was like having our own personal museum. Prize after prize on shelf after shelf! We were allowed to carefully look through any of them, and realized their age and significance, but only after leaving did we realize their value. A niche spot to be sure, but for a history buff or one who appreciates antiquities, stop in! I am sorry we were not able to actually make a purchase (out of our league!) but hopefully the proprietor at least appreciated our interest and admiration, and hopefully this review brings some visibility! (You can check out their inventory and make purchases online as well- excellent website!)

Sokol Bookstore is an absolute gem! The store is beautiful and has a plethora of antique books. Highly recommended!
