A cozy modern villa in a very quite location.The property is as shown in the photos and the hygiene was top.The checkin/out was contactless and without problems.Would like to come again!

Wonderful stay. The villa is as it appears in photos. Lovely place and very comfortable. Great location to use as a base to explore Istria. Host was very accomodating. Gave wonderful recommendations. Really a nice guy. Book it....you will enjoy your stay!

We had an amazing weekend at Villa Helios with Bojan as our host! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood outside of the village. We had all sorts of plans, but because of the comfortable, clean, and spacious surroundings, we never really left except for an easy 30 min drive to Rovinj. We will definitely be visiting Villa Helios or one of Bojans' other properties in the area in the near future. Don't forget to ask where to get amazing olive oil!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Bojans Villa. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sehr sauber und falls es etwas gibt, ist Bojan sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Was ich allerdings gerne vorher gewusst hätte ist, dass die Umzäunung des Grundstücks für kleine Hunde nicht ausreicht. Mein Havaneser war schon nach 5 Minuten beim Nachbarshund da die Lücken unten zu gross sind. Für grössere Hunde natürlich kein Problem. Das Haus ist auf einem grossen Grundstück umgeben von ähnlichen Häusern in einem neuen Quartier wo während unserem Aufenthalt leider auch Baulärm zu vernehmen war. Alles in allem können wir Bojans Villa aber absolut weiterempfehlen.

Excelent house for a family stay, has everything that you need. Location is great, within 20 minutes of all important places to see in Istria.

Beautiful place to take break, we really enjoyed our stay

This is more than perfect place: brand new and ultra clean, cozy and luxurious. You will have a whole property just for you. The house is in a good location just in the middle of istrian peninsula. There is a lot of space and enough of privacy. We are really happy that we had a chance to spend a week in Mr Bojan's house.

Wir waren anfangs tatsächlich etwas skeptisch da das Angebot fast zu gut war für eine solche Unterkunft, aber egal ob Check in oder check out es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und die Villa war einfach nur perfekt! Die Tatsache dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen durften war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Wir haben die Villa extrem sauber vorgefunden, Feuerholz lag an der Feuerstelle oder dem Kamin bereit. Ankommen und loslassen. Die Lage ist traumhaft etwas außerhalb, perfekt um abzuschalten und loszulassen. Keine 15min Fußmarsch entfernt ein wunderbares Lokal mit landestypischen Spezialitäten. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

A perfect getaway. A beautiful and perfectly clean place located in the center of Istria, offering a ton of options at any time of the year. We love hiking, so this was a perfect place to stay. Though sea is not far as well! Bojan was available all the time and was an amazing host––the host you wish for everyone to be. Never intrusive, always available, full of tips, friendly... And really cares that you have a great experience. The house is wonderful, light, spacious and it really has everything one could need. There wasn't one thing we missed, in the sense of comfort, beauty or practical things! And I have to mention once again, what I find very important––it was sparkling clean. Thank you Bojan, we utterly enjoyed it.
