If I could give more stars I really would. I was very nervous about needing my PC fixed not only was Ash beyond understanding and kind to me, he fixed my PC; short noticed, late hours and within 2 hours. Very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and was nice enough to talk me through what he was doing in order to fix my computer. Was also a very good price for the effort, customer service and support I was offered. It was way more than I ever expected, would highly recommend and would use again should I need IT help.

Had an issue with my cpu water cooler, Contacted Ash who got back to me pronto was late at night bearing in mind 🙌 Dropped my pc off ran a digonstic kept me informed on every step collected today we've replaced my cooler unit getting high frams low temps! Honestly can't go wrong with softland the reviews speak for themselves.

My HP laptop had a broken hinge and the screen started to come off. I saw the 5 stars on Google, hence decided to enquire. Ash was extremely responsive over the phone when i described the problem and I needed my laptop fixed urgently for work. Ash worked overnight into the early morning hours and had my laptop fixed in 12 hours from when I gave it to him. Amazing service, and he even fixed other minor cosmetic issues which I noticed after bringing the laptop home.

Amazing job from soft land A couple days ago I had ordered all my parts to build my own pc and after a long attempt I was met with failure that’s when I was lucky enough to stumble across soft land. In under 10 minutes on a phone call with ash I was able to come drop my pc off and collect it the next day Sadly theirs was a problem with the part I had ordered as my graphics card was damaged however with the help from ash I was quickly able to send my graphics card back and order a brand new one he had recommended me not only was this part cheaper it near on had the same performance rating as the one I had brought and was perfectly able to run everything I wanted to play smoothly and without any bugs or crashes overall I’m super happy with the service provided from soft land (thank you ash for your time and support on my pc I look forward to coming back with future builds)
