Although we started to see some traction, we understand it was not the results either party anticipated. As a family-owned agency that takes great pride in what we do, we take your review very seriously. We see it as an opportunity to find holes in our processes and work to improve and grow. I (Jesse) have reviewed everything from start to finish to find areas we could have improved upon. From what I see, the funnel traction did take longer than expected to pick up. In talking with the team, I can see that they were working very hard, and I know they were invested in the success of your business. The team had made significant pivots to the funnel and had just developed a new landing page and ad creatives, and I can see that sales started to occur in April from our ads. Regarding paid advertising, our team generated the ad copy & leveraged the AI built directly into the paid advertising platforms for solid recommendations. Thank you once again, Faisal. The whole team here at SOAP Media wishes you continued success in your business. You are evidently very talented at crafting your products, and we are confident that we will be seeing Imperial Ancient around more often.
