Dr. Nicknam is a great Dr. very attentive. Stays on top of care. Very convenient when it comes to making an appointment. The staff is really good and friendly. I have been to the North location and the Summerlin location and both are great. I also like the fact they do not have long wait times for appointments.

Backstory: I had to get a full Osha/Hazwoper physical before being hired to any company that is in my line of work. I first went to Concentra since that is where I usually go to for my work physicals, but they wouldn't do the full physical because a company didn't request it. Even though I explained to them that this is PRE-EMPLOYMENT so I am not hired yet. So because of this, I was panicking because I needed this done to get the job and that they would cost me a job if they didn't help. Review: So I decided to Google another health place to perform the full physical. I am so grateful I found this place. I messaged them on FB seeing if they would perform the full physical and can get me in next day. I got messaged back by Aaron. He was so helpful in every way. He asked his office/Dr. Friday morning if they could help me and he made sure that he got every test needed and the pricing for everything. He called me back stating that they could do it all for me without a request from an employer and the best part is they got me in that afternoon. I also was able to get my papers signed off on my papers the following week. They are by far the most helpful medical office I've see. Also, their office staff in North LV was super nice. Thank you so very much for helping me get my physical done in a quick and timely manner. Thank you again Aaron!!

I am taking. moment to recognize Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center. Finding good care in the Las Vegas valley has not been easy, or consistant. I have been a patient for over a year and I am so pleased. My last visit request was made on a Friday afternoon and I was fit in, avoiding another quick care visit that would not resolve the issue. The ability to make an appointment and be seen made all of the difference. They have followed up when I had severe asthma issues and gently reminded me to get my testing done when I did not follow through! I will also add, the staff has been so helpful when I needed copies of documents. I love that the office serves as a training office for PA's. My case is always thoroughly reviewed and overseen by Dr Nicknam or PA Blevins. They are both friendly and caring! Thank you!

If I could give this place zero ⭐ I would, this is beyond unacceptable.the main Dr forgets who his patient(s) are. Always losing every single piece of paper work and then got the Nerve to tell the patient well if you don't like it there's plenty of other Drs office like who does that. He lies and forgets but yet every month your sending medicine over to the pharmacy but swear he's never seen this patient before. I'm speechless and now I see why they never ever answer the phones and always getting new front desk workers.

I went to do health exam for my paperwork, my doctor is Dr. Nicknam and the assistant is Aaron! The office is clean, staffs are friendly. Their service is also good and fast. I called and got an appointment right away, if i need to do something, i just needed to contact Aaron. (Assistant) and got the help right away. Idk why their rate is low.

After extensive surgery, 30 days from hospital to rehab to home, My primary Doctor, Dr. Nicknam requested his staff to schedule a visit to see me. He has all my records and reviews all my medication, surgeon orders, etc. He made sure all my medication was taken today. I appreciate Dr. Nicknam because he is knowledgeable and helps me to get on track with all my medical needs. His offices at Summerlin and Martin Luther King has a great and welcoming Staff that make it accessible from the moment you arrive till you finish your visit with your doctor or the PA, making sure your referrals are done on time and your check out is sinless. Very grateful to them all.

This place is absolutely horrible, and I will look into how one can report a place for neglect. My husband was sent for lower back pain for a month, and no mri or anything has been requested/done. He has been ignored of his complaints and pushed out the door, and told to work full time and given muscle relaxers. Give you my husband drive for a living so he is unable to take these for his daily pain. My husband is now unable to walk with so much lower back pain, and now pain in both hips with pains shooting down his legs. They never answer their phones or return your voicemails, so it is a lost cause. Don't go here if you are able to GO TO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place is awful! If I could give 0 star I would!! I went there first time to do a drug and physical screening for a new job I applied they didn't have they misplaced paperwork from my employer, when I finally got screened they lost the blood samples!!!! Now they don't wanna re do it because of course cost money and they don't wanna pay for it to fix the problem!! And my employer can't hire me if they don't have those tests!! They don't take responsibility of their mistakes!! Huge mistakes!!! They play with people lives!!! They never never never answer the phones!!! I had to drive personally to the office 30 minutes from my house!!! to see what happened with my blood work, they left me waiting for an hour and half in the lobby and never gave me an answer about my blood test!!!

Furthermore, I want to emphasize that your statement regarding lost blood samples is not accurate. We take great care in handling and processing all samples received, and no records indicate any loss of samples. Yesterday, during our conversation in my office, I made it clear that there were no issues with your samples, and any misunderstanding regarding this matter should be rectified.

Regarding your assertion that we attempted to have something redone to increase costs, I must clarify that no such discussion took place. As you were informed, we reached out to the lab to inquire about any potential delays. They confirmed that there might be slight delays due to the holiday week, including Memorial Day. It was never our intention to have any unnecessary procedures redone for financial gain.

At Southern Nevada Occupational Health Center, we understand the importance of completing the required processes efficiently and effectively. We inform all our clients that the overall completion of the pre-employment process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days, excluding holiday weeks. As I mentioned, Memorial Day fell within that timeframe, and I personally explained the potential delays associated with it.

Today, we received confirmation from your employer that they received your results, indicating that the process has been successfully completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the holiday week.

THIS clinic is horrible! Am will possibly report this 2 medical board...my husband came here because his work sent him...he got a bad deep cut, these people did NOT do any x-rays on his finger to check if any damage was done with his tendons...not even medication for pain was prescribed to him...1.week later, they took off his stitches, Nd everything went down hill! His cut opened again...pain...and lost movement 2 his finger....went 2 the hospital and got x rays done, guess what? Damage 2 his tendons...hospital staff couldn't believe when my husband told them, no x rays where done...even the bandage they gave him couldn't hold up his finger ( cheap) he may need surgery! And his finger is swollen! I can't believe this facility is even operating...incredible! Also...needs 2 come here again MONDAY and for what? Just 2 charge his job? Am going 3 ask an attorney if this gets outta hand if i can sue them...i cant believe how neglected they are!!
