Christian was awesome and got me taken care of quickly. Went and got straight to business, found the mower that I wanted and then it was a very smooth transaction from there. Got all the paper work done in less then an hour and had my brand new mower delivered to my house. Would defiantly recommend using them for all your lawn mowing needs.

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0.5 rating on the service department. Dropped off a husky 345 chainsaw for a simple fuel line replacement. After waiting 3 weeks told parts still on order. At four weeks I was told the part was in and I was up next to be repaired. Week # FIVE NOW ! Dropped by Monday morning to find out the chainsaw with a simple fuel line ( A freakin rubber line) I’m told now the part isn’t in !!!!!

I apologize for the inconvenience. We do really strive to be the best service provider. Unfortunately that rubber line is a specially molded line for that model and us not being a Husqvarna dealer these parts can some times take a bit longer to come in.
Good luck getting them to answer their phones. Parts that was supposed to be in 3 days ago only arrived this morning when I actually went there to check because they would never answer the phone. I dont think its just a coincidence. I dont see how they have a high rating. You would think they would care about their customers , especially when its a business that brings them business 🙄

Just purchased a Gravely zero turn riding mower. They delivered the mower the same day. Adam was totally awsome to deal with. The delivery man was very helpful in showing me how the mower works. I highly recommend this company !!!

These guys are awesome! I brought in a Husqvarna trimmer and a new replacement head. Part of the old head was stuck on it. They quickly took it off, and it turned out that the head I bought was incompatible, and they had no bump-feed heads in stock. They didn't even charge me for taking off the remaining piece of the old head. Very helpful people. I definitely recommend Smith Outdoor Power Equipment for any of your lawn care tool needs!

Over the holidays, we needed to have our older-model Gravely zero-turn mower serviced. We live about 50 miles away, so we don't go to the store unless we need to.

Shout-outs to: Daniel (in the shop), who did a great job repairing our mower and beefing it up for ranch work; and Christian (counter/sales), who helped me out in the store and, late in the afternoon, answered several phone calls from the field. It was 4:53 PM when I made my last call to troubleshoot an issue, and Christian was patient with me and got me up and running.
