SMILE ACTGIVES FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO THEMI ordered one order from Smile Actives to try the product. COST $31.00 on my AMEX card. Less than 30 days later, I saw another charge for $46.00 and called customer service. The finally came on the phone 45 minutes later and advised me that using my credit card to purchase the product you signed up for a subscription:, I looked on the website and in very fine print "When you use your credit card you are authorizing us bill you monthly for our product shipped monthly" and in very fine print by using my credit card, this authorizes them to charge me monthly! This is nothing short of FRAUD / Deceptive practices. The product does not work and I am returning all within the 60 day warranty. They are charging me SHIPPING & HANDLING fees, but would not tell me the amount would be....Interesting! I highly recommend staying away from these scammers.

Deceptive marketing. Do not buy from SmileActives. Deceptive marketing. They don't respond to customer service emails, or requests to cancel. This company should be shut down by the Attorney General of California. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.... i'll be complaining to RipOff Report, Consumer Finance.GOV and the BBB.

Sneeky Subscription and Lousy Product There is a reason why California passed a law to make "Subscription" programs more visible in the sales cycle is because of companies like SmileActive. Like many I fell for their hidden process that puts you into their subscription program without even knowing it. I used it twice a day as suggested, and it didn't work. I only discovered that I was in their subscription program when they billed me for a second time. Getting in touch with customer service was moderately easy. They canceled my subscription, but had already sent out the second batch (I hadn't even gotten through the first batch). They told me that if I sent the second one back, they'd refund me the second billing. I did, and it took two more calls, after they had the returned product for 2 weeks, for me to get my money back for the second billing.

Trapped into buying refills I agree with Jessie W. I received and was billed for a refill too soon. I called to cancel, but just received another refill and a bill for $180. I had been satisfied with the product, but the website is under construction and has never permitted contact except by Chat (they try to extend the refill period) or telephone (no answer). DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this product.

Absolutely terrible - the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First of all, you can never log in to your account to cancel anything, so you're forced to use the chat on their website. They take forever and then after a few prompts it says "I'm sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I try over and over and keep getting this. Then no one answers their phone number. So I literally cannot get any help. The reason I was calling today is because last time I tried to cancel my subscription they convinced me to pause instead of canceling. They assured me that I would not be charged or receive any products until February. However, today, in January I was charged. I am so fed up with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE! You will never be able to get any help or be able to stop being charged. I will be contacting my bank to not process any payments from this company.

Arrived Open When the product arrived, the safety seal was broken and the top was off. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it even though it was damaged. Very disappointed.

The same thing everybody else says. Ordered it...didn't work...asked for refund. They said they would. I didn't get a refund, but then started getting bills for $93.00 which I kept sending back. I never signed up for a recurring payment. HORRIBLE company and a legit scam!! They don't deserve one star. My time is wasted on talking to people who can't do a dang thing. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

SmileActives is a complete scam. I received one package in August of 2024. SmileActives charged me on 09/18/2024 for $41.77 processed, 10/19/2024 for $41.76 processed, 11/19/2024 for $41.76 processed. I did not receive a package. I used their online chatting feature to request a refund. SmileActives blamed me for failing to contact them earlier to request a refund, despite their failure to send me a product. I told them this is fraudulent business activity. SmileActives sent me a partial refund when I should have received a total of $125.29.

Quality control One arrived with a broken cap and safety seal broken, and the other didn’t have a cap or safety seal at all. DISGUSTING!!! Zero stars. These are expensive items they should come in pristine condition.

I tried Smile Actives. I tried to cancel the subscription. I emailed several times. Kept getting bills and unwanted packages. Was finally able to contact and cancel my account, but I'm still getting bills for $89.26. Trying desperately to cancel and not have anything else to do with this company. I have not receive multiple shipments that they say they sent. I believe that this company is a scam and would like assistance in cancelling my subscription and do not believe that I should give them any more of my money. Please help.

It's a scam I have been using it for 2 months and it doesn't work. The customer service at their original website sucks. They charged $27 + $30.42 and $30.41 for 2 SMALL 30G BOTTLES.

Buyer beware! I tried Smile Actives. I tried to cancel the subscription after I recieved my second order. **************** *** tried to badger me into continuing the subscription. I told her I simply wanted to cancel. We eventually agreed that we would revisit the subscription after the first of the year and the *** told me she would put a "pause" on my subscription until I followed up. I continue to recieve bills and now emails about my subscription. Beware, if you subscribe, this company is very hard to deal with when trying to cancel the subscription.

Apparently I'm not the only one who's had this issue. I ordered some product and ended up with a subscription along with another product I DID NOT order. I called to cancel this subscription I didn't know I signed up for back in October 2024. They charged my account on November 8, 2024 and today, December 9. The customer service *** I talked to tried to give me the same spiel the last *** gave me when I told them to cancel the subscription. He told me I had to return the product I wasn't supposed to have received - and I told him that's the exact same thing that happened the last time I called to cancel! I returned the product back in October and here we are again in the same situation! Do NOT trust this company. And besides all that ******, the product DOES NOT WORK, at least not for me!
