We appointed SMA Studio Barnet to do the building regulation control drawings for our house extension and summer house. The drawings were done professionally and with great details. Fadi made a site visit and went through the details with us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped us and updated the drawings so that we could resolve the party wall issue to obtain am agreement. It was a real challenge as the surveyors were very demanding with their requirements and Fadi was very patience. He updated the drawings to satisfy the party wall requirements and followed up with us to ensure that the matter was resolved. Fadi was approachable and provided a great customer service, we were very happy with his work and we would highly recommend SMA Studio Barnet.
