We hired Smart Express to move our 3BR house and they did a wonderful job. Dan & Lise was super fast and careful with moving all the items..even during rain! very friendly and professional service, they had all the gear to ensure safety of our items.
Managed to finish the whole thing in 3 hours.. highly recommend 👍🏼

Moved yesterday with Dan, Savi and Philip. They were absolute stars. They weren’t deterred by the rain or heavy items and got the job done with a smile. They even found a solution to get a bed base up to the second floor when it wouldn’t fit in the hallway — they lifted it a flight over the balcony! This is the third time I’ve used this service and would happily do so again! Thanks guys

I never ever leave reviews, but wow if I could rate this company a 0 I would.
Extremely poor communication about an ETA even though we had confirmed a time when booking the service.
From expecting the movers to arrive around 2pm we were called just past lunch that they were looking to be here around 3:30pm - which was still fine.
Fast forward til 5:00pm they finally answered after multiple missed calls and said they were around 45 minutes away. The sun disappearing quickly.
After more missed calls, and now at 6:00pm we managed to get in touch with the company and were forwarded to customer service. Jacob was a lovely rep and cancelled the truck without charge (only justification for the 1 star).
Unfortunate experience with these guys especially after having read plenty of fantastic reviews :(

Moved last week from a difficult access home and everything went very smoothly. Nothing damaged or broken, and the guys handled everything with absolute care. Thanks to Jack, Tom and Mike - very friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend their service.

Prabh , jelly and parvinder just finished moving a metric ton of stuff from 2 different buildings into our new home. They were fast, professional and just overall excellent at what they do. They even helped haul some stuff around the house that was already here. Couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Had 3 amazing people helping me move house James, Cody and Mana.
They even managed to get my fridge freezer into place, with some ingenious ideas. They took great care and worked extremely hard to get the job done!! Would definitely use smart express again, no job was too big or too difficult. 😊😊
