SCAM ALERT: Avoid SmartBuyGlasses and Aramex Malaysia Do not even think about buying from SmartBuyGlasses (Motion Global Limited). My order was never delivered, and I strongly suspect they are partnering with Aramex Malaysia to scam customers. Below is the exact timeline and breakdown of this nightmare experience. The Timeline of Events May 19: Placed an order shipped from Hong Kong totaling USD $207. May 25: Shipment arrived at Aramex Malaysia. May 25–27: Aramex sent daily automated notices stating, "We will deliver today." No delivery ever occurred. May 28: Aramex updated the tracking status claiming they "could not gain access to the building." This is an outright lie. The delivery address is a hotel with 24/7 reception, security, and a designated delivery area. May 28–Present: Tracking history completely froze. No further updates have been made. SmartBuyGlasses: Non-Existent Customer Support Disjointed Responses: Every email is answered by a different agent who clearly has not read the case history. AI Boilerplate: Not sure if there are humans behind, but they repeatedly send robotic, generic templates asking for patience. Retaliatory Recall: When I demanded a refund due to the non-delivery, SmartBuyGlasses abruptly triggered a recall to return the item to Hong Kong. But I repeatedly stated via email that my preference was to have the order delivered. However, despite multiple assurances from customer support, no delivery ever took place Since then, they have done nothing to return my money. Their complete lack of resolution has forced me to open an official dispute case against them in PayPal to claw back my money. Aramex Malaysia: Fake Support Channels Broken Live Chat: Their website states chat hours are active from morning to evening. However, when messaging at 11:30 AM, an automated AI bot simply regurgitated the opening hours instead of connecting to a human. WhatsApp Spam: Aramex has now started spamming my WhatsApp daily with fake delivery notices. Replying to the number only triggers another useless AI welcome script. Legal Action and Final Verdict This is completely unprofessional, fraudulent behavior. Both companies operate in a way where the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, and they simply do not care. My Next Steps:I am taking this evidence straight to the police to file an official fraud report against both SmartBuyGlasses and Aramex. I am demanding my USD $207 refund, alongside damages for my wasted time and the psychological stress caused by this ordeal. Recommendation: Save yourself the fight, the stress, and the money. Buy your glasses physically from a local shop.

Item returned - No Refund Returned the item, royal mail confirmed item has been delivered to seller 5 days ago. STILLLLLLL WAITING FOR THE REFUND... customer service on chat keep saying "item is in transit" They good if you buy the item, they are worst if you return. WHERE IS MY MONEY??

Poor product Hi, I have held back from writing this review to see if this company would step up and acknowledge their crap product. I really don’t moan about anything, but this company are pushing poor product and just waffling in their response to put you off. Guys, buy if you want but the product I received was utter rubbish! Please check and compare to ensure legitimate. Not sure if I can post video but will try. You will see flimsy poor quality glasses that creak and are of low quality.

NEVER AGAIN! Stay far away from this company. BE VERY CAREFUL! Absolutely horrible website. Absolutely horrible service and website. It all started with the fact that I ordered (order # US07*********GM from them in November - 6 units of glasses (premium brands: Boss, Itallian independent, Tommy Hilfiger) as a gift for myself and my family, different glasses. And that was my big mistake, and the story of suffering began... The order came in different batches, and with a delay of 9 days I received only two glasses. I understand that they use different types of delivery and probably some of them are not very reliable. Then I had a terrible long story with correspondence with the support service for several weeks. Which ended in nothing, they did not find where my 4 units of glasses were. And no one offered compensation or other help. I literally begged them to look into my case more closely. But there were only formal replies. I was very tired of analyzing this situation, I got angry and realized how shameless and terrible the service was. I advise everyone who encounters them - to be very careful, and very cautious! And due to their terrible communication - I think I'll check what I received - glasses (Tommy Hilfiger) for originality. Since I have doubts about the service and I think the glasses they send are possibly counterfeit, since what I received has already started to creak and the paint is peeling off! And what happened in the end - they took money from me for expensive premium glasses, I received 2 units, I didn't receive the 4th unit. I sent a request to the bank to return my money - due to fraudulent actions, and I'm trying to sue them in a small court. The quality of what I received is terrible, it is not clear how to resolve the issue with the guarantee if they respond with formal replies. BE VERY CAREFUL! Absolutely horrible website. They don't provide a phone number on their website, and everything suggests they operate within the USA, which is misleading. They only respond to emails, offering no other convenient way to communicate. The website claims they offer easy returns, but in reality, it costs $14.99 USD to return an item from the USA, which is an additional expense on top of your purchase. After carefully reviewing the fine print, it appears they will also deduct more from your refund to cover the original shipping cost from Hong Kong to the USA. What's even more frustrating is that during selection and checkout, there's no clear indication that this is an international shipment and that returns aren't free. It's easy to assume returns would be straightforward, only to discover the truth later. NEVER AGAIN! Stay far away from this company.

Scammer company which stole my money. Don't trust this company, SmartBuyGlasses is a scammer company which demands confidential information, deprives their clients of anonymity, did not send my order more that a month after full payment, and refused to make a refund. All evidences and screenshots are attached below. I placed initial order on Furla 2024/11/30. They sent it via DHL just to find out that DHL doesn't deliver to my main residence. They demanded my ID card photo, 3 of my signatures, Google link to the adress I want to ship and a photo of my house just to retrieve the order back from DHL. They failed to do so despite me providing them with what they've asked, so they proposed me to fetch another Furla from their warehouse in Hong Kong and to ship it to my mediator Meest Group in the USA 2024/12/15. I waited patiently, after what they informed me, that they noticed several orders to one adress (no wonder, a lot of people use Meest as a mediator) and they freezed my order until their inner investigation is done. They refused both to set time frames of investigation and to return my money and I was forced to live with severe miopia for a month without glasses, until I got money to buy specktacles in other company. Worst experience in my entire life. Stay away from SmartBuyGlasses, they can't be trusted.

La pire expérience d'achat en ligne de ma vie La pire expérience d'achat en ligne de ma vie!!! J'achète début mai 2024 une paire de lunettes avec verres correcteurs. Un montant total de 682$. Je reçois les lunettes après plus d'un mois d'attente. Ce n'est pas le bon item et ni la bonne prescription de verres. Je retourne donc les lunettes en suivant leur processus de retour de package. Avec le numéro de tracking je vous que le colis est arrivé à bon port. Mais la compagnie me demande une multitude de renseignements... Que je donne dans mes retours courriels (13 courriels au total). Le paquet est arrivé le 5 juin et toujours pas de remboursement. Donc un non respect de leur politique de retour et remboursement de leur part. Un total de 705$ dans les poubelles pour moi. Une expérience traumatisante pour le portefeuille d'une mère monoparentale!!

Aldri opplevd værre kundeservice. Aldri opplevd værre kundeservice. Bestilte to par gucci solbriller for å prøve hvilke briller jeg hville beholde og hvilke jeg ville sende i retur. Tull med levering, og ingen returlapp eller retur info medfølger. Har prøvd å finne hvordan man kan sende retur men står ingen plass. Har også tatt kontakt med kundeservice på mail og instagram uten svar, men meldingene blir lest. Står at nettsiden er norsk osv, men brillene jeg mottok kom fra hong kong. Tok heldigvis disse på faktura, og kommer ikke til å betale for varer jeg ikke skal ha.
