Amazing service, my boiler didn’t work and I was in a panic. Ross turned up and showed me all my boiler needed was just a pressure top up. He was extremely professional and nice. Will definitely use them again if I ever need any work doing. Thank you again!!!!

When our boiler had broken down, I called up and the very friendly bookings team helped me get booked in swiftly for a technician to come and inspect my boiler. On the day the technician come round who was friendly and very professional. Got our boiling up and running again in no time at all plus leaving the area clean and tidy where he had been. Very impressed with the service I received, I would high recommend using Smart AIM Solutions.

Decided to use these guys as they were local to me (Kesgrave) when my heating suddenly stopped working. Turned up when they said they would, sorted my problem quickly and worked neatly all while keeping me informed on what was being done and why.
