Smaart homes is a very knowledgeable company, they helped us a lot with a Fibaro HC2 to HC3 migration. Setup and demo's were done very well and the many modules we have were correctly setup. I'd highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Daniel and his team. I needed three cctv cameras installed and he was very quick to respond to my request for a quote and came out to meet me with lots of knowledge and advice surrounding the work I needed doing. Daniel is friendly and professional and I felt like I could 100% trust him to do a good job at a fair price. The work itself only took half a day and after the cameras were installed Daniel stayed behind to make sure I had the footage connected to my phone and knew how to use the system. Very happy overall and would 100% recommend.
Further to this, a few years done the line Daniel is still so helpful! I got back in touch with him as my sister had gone offline due to the loss of one of the plugs installed originally by Daniel. He offered me the option of coming out or sorting things out virtually for a smaller fee. We screen shared & he sorted everything out for me. He was so helpful once again and has got everything back up & running.

Daniel has been extremely helpful in both designing and then configuring our smart home lighting system. The system itself seems to work well and I particularly like the integration with Amazon Alexa. There have been a few installation issues with our electrician along the way but again Daniel has helped to resolve them.

I had a CCTV system installed in the summer of 2019 which was done by Daniel and the team at Smaart Homes and they were great throughout the whole process!
They always arrived on time, stayed professional and tidy throughout the process and even when we had teething issues they were either out the very next day or resolved it immediately remotely!
Recently I have had issues reconnecting the cameras after a change in broadband provider so I contacted Daniel for guidance. He was quick to jump on a Zoom call and look into the issue whilst I followed his guidance in trying to resolve it. Daniel was patient with my lack of understanding and attempts to log in / connect to the service but we got them up and running in no time!
I would highly recommend Smaart Homes for any of your CCTV / Smart Home needs!

I spent good money on a Cctv system but my property was left damaged and the system left with numerous faults.
Iv sent numerous messages which all have been ignored and they refuse to rectify there mistakes.
I wouldn’t recommend this company.
I was considering using them for my smart home system but they wont have that opportunity now.

I had automation set up for my elderly, visually impaired mother which has been a huge success. Daniel and his team have been great to work with and very responsive to any queries. This technology is so fantastic for anyone with visual impairments, my mum has taken to it like a duck to water and is able to control her heating, lighting and entertainment through voice commands and a series of customised rules. We also have safety features like an emergency button in the bathroom. The other great thing is that once it’s installed, it can be added to and supported remotely.
