Went looking for a new mattress for my daughter. A lovely man talked to us about the mattresses and what would be good for her. We ended up purchasing a lovely small double. Which was delivered 2 weeks later. Couldn't fault the service. We have always brought from slumbers. Reliable and excellent service. 👌

Very helpful staff in the shop and gave us as much time as we needed to try a variety of beds of different specifications - hardness, materials etc. We did find one to our liking and had it delivered within a fortnight. Delivery was prompt and courteous. They bought the old mattress down, and we opted to take it ourselves to the tip. It saved us £60.

Why would you go to one of the "big names" before trying out and supporting a local independent retailer? If you are looking for an independent bed and mattress shop, I would highly recommend Slumbers. We went with the intention of buying one mattress and came out with two, this was not because of pushy sales tactics, this was because the quality and price point of their products was so good. James handled our queries and sales, he was personable, knowledgeable and a decent chap!! Delivery was within a good timescale, on time and reliable, and the crew were lovely. When in store, James quickly understood our needs and our budget and directed us to what we needed. Now our mattresses are home and our sleep is already vastly improved. Thank you for a great service!
