Unfinished and unprofessional work
Unfinished and poor-quality work across multiple areas. Fascia was left incomplete and unpainted, and the roof buckled after a cooler was removed. Fans, vents, and caps were only partially painted. No supervision over workers, who did not speak English, and no final walkthrough occurred until five weeks later, after much insistence. Warranty information was never provided, and tree removal was incomplete, leaving stumps and roots. They lacked proper tools, causing delays, and now, over a year later, they’re asking for more money. Completely unprofessional and unreliable experience.

I had so many estimates from other roofing companies, most of them pushy sales types. Jerry came over and showed me the products and gave me a fair price. Actually the best price out of all the companies. The company came out and got the job done and cleaned everything up really well. The roof looks fantastic and my neighbors actually love it. They were tired of looking at the old roof I'm sure 😂
I can not believe what a wonder experience I have had with Skye Builders. Jerry came in and gave me a very honest bid and with in 10 I have a beautiful new roof. Skye Builders employees were polite, accommodating and pick up everything and more in only 2 days. I would recommend them and I’m keep the business card close for my next project.

They say and promise everything, but don't put it in writing so renege later
No contract, no warranty, no follow thru, no communication
Work left unfinished, fascia was being pieced together until we called them out (after having to find someone to speak Spanish)
Jerry NEVER checked on the work, during OR after. He left his "crew" on their own.
Promised many things including a walk thru after roof was "completed" Never heard from him or the office (who by the way, said opposite things from Jerry - the salesman, and didn't even know what a mitigator was)
4 weeks after we asked for a walk thru, they called to tell me they were sending the final "estimate" to insurance since the job was finished
BUT it wasn't - the fascia is painted and the roof vents aren't painted and the tree removel isn't finished.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
Ya know how those sales people knock on your door and ask you if you want your roof inspected....yeah yeah yeah...we've all had them. But something told me to allow( probably the FREE)inspection. I told him that our insurance company probably wouldn't pay. Hubby was very skeptical and reluctant. Long story short, they did approve the claim and Jerry, the owner, knew exactly what to do to make it all happen. We have a fully paid for new roof within 2-3 weeks after the inspection Jerry, his crew, Paulina ( office ) were all professional but caring. Don't wait for SKYE BUILDERS to contact you. Call for YOUR free roof inspection. We didn't know our roof needed replacement, Do you???
Well, after a windstorm a couple weeks ago, we had two tiles land on a solar panel and one on the ground. I sent Jerry a text and told him what was going on. He came today and put the tiles where they belong and added some sealant, at no cost to us. Again, we are very happy that we answered our door 3 years ago. Thanks, Jerry!
