attended recently to do my emergency first aid at work requalification and the staff were professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks folks for all your input and support, advice. Attended mental health first aid, amazing course and amazing trainer. Couldn't recommend it more, every workplace needs this!! Relaxed and at a good pace for being able to share your own experiences in the work place. This course is a must for all buisnesses wanting to look after their employees well being ♥️ Thankyou Phil

Skills Shop delivered a Health and Safety in the Workplace course, attended by one of our staff. He was very impressed, writing the follow in his review: I found the whole day to be informative and very useful. There was a lot of material to cover during the day and I felt that you made every effort to make the subject matter relevant to as many people as possible in the room with specific examples. Something that particularly caught my eye were the slides that you produced as part of the training. Each one followed a set design pattern that was kept consistent throughout. This helped me focus on the subject matter at hand and not get distracted by inconsistencies in style. Despite the length of the day, I was kept interested by your easy manner and engaging delivery and I took a lot of notes. Thank-you too for the booklet that you provided that outlines much that you covered and more. Access to the Google Drive folder with a great deal of further reading will prove invaluable as I get to grips with aspects of my new role as Health & Safety representative in the workplace. Should the opportunity arise, I would not hesitate in taking another of your courses in the future. I have already recommended your skills as a trainer to others.

Attended the 1st aid at work course on 16th Oct, phill went above and beyond to make sure we had the skills and knowledge we needed to become 1st aid hero’s. Really enjoyed the course made it fun and gave us extra skills you wouldn’t get on a standard course

Recently I completed the one day first aid course which was fun, very informative and Phil immediately put at ease providing a relaxed environment to learn in. The practical parts of the course where presented in a humorous way enabling you to feel confident to get involved and take part. By using real life experiences during the day it encourages you to leave the course with confidence and the knowledge that you can contact them if you feel the need. Cannot recommend this course enough.

Fantastic day attending the ‘Paediatric First Aid Awarness Course’. Welcoming and relaxed environment to learn new skills, very informative and delivered at a good pace. The course leaders (Phil and Phil) were clear at explaining the information and brilliant at demonstrating the practical aspects of first aid. Would definitely highly recommend!

I attended the pediatric first aid awareness course today with the 2 Phil's they were fab explained and showed things brilliantly, I would throughly recommend attending one or their courses you just never know when you might need to put first aid into action.

Had the best 2 days doing a paediatric first aid course I can remember ....and I have done a few .... this was relaxed, good fun but informative and packed with important information. Thank you you both for being so understanding.
