Our tour package was settled with Skb car rental at Bangalore from 12. 11 19 to 14.11.19 . one driver was alloted named lokash. on the day of pick up from Bangalore Rly station he came after 45 minute late . Then and then we asked the owner of Skb car rental for change the driver but he don't. In our last day of our package was sri Rabi Sankar asram and mekatadu water falls and sangam, unfortunately it was observed that after ashram visit the driver taken us to a jungle inside small spring which is 30 km from Bangalore. However mekatadu water falls
and sangam is more then 100 km from Bangalore. As 14.11 19 we have to move to our next journey to hospete at night so understanding everything I am not going any argument with the driver . Next day we are trying to contact with the owner of the Skb car rental over phone but no response. Hence are very much unhappy in our whole
journey at Bangalore tour package . Hence from our side google rating should be zero.

As per your query. We want to clarify in majestic railway station their is a work in progress. In that circumstance the vehicle was delayed because of Bangalore city traffic issues.
To change the vehicle immediately was not possible as mentioned via conversation.
Kanakpura(Mekedattu) is located in jungle reserve of kanakpura hence he want to travel towards destination. Their is no alternative high way from kanakpura to makedhattu.
Via phone we have clarified to you through your registered mobile no and had a conversation regarding the payment paid to driver.
Once again we go through the issues if really hurt

The service from the Car Rental wasmostly appreciated but the driver was not up to the mark. For earning extra Bata he intentionally made us late at night and asked me for late night bata. Apart from that the riding and service was good from the driver.
