Store is closed. They will still take online purchases
The store is still taking orders through the online store and taking the monies. At no point on the store or during the purchasing did it state the store was temporary closed.
I have tried to contact the store but have had no response.
I would rate higher considering the staff member initially responded and acted quickly, the stock was advertised wrongly on the website so they processed a refund etc. but i keep emailing asking for my order to be cancelled as it comes up as processing and i keep emailing asking for this to be cancelled and sorted, but i have been ignored for OVER A MONTH now, i have sent many emails and have had no response. Just one response i am asking for and i got nothing? wont be shopping here again.
