Harmony Funeral Care took personal care and rendered excellent service to my family when our beloved mother entered into glory. From the arrangements and setting up of the wake, the provision of refrigerated water/drinks for guests, the service essentials (including printed booklet, staff to assist with music for the service, setting up), arrangement of transport to the crematorium. Nothing was missed. Whenever we had queries, we were promptly provided with answers.

Harmony Funeral Care Singapore is an excellent funeral service provider. The boss and staff are all very professional, efficient, yet personal and caring in their communication. All this helps the bereaved family tremendously in easing the funeral arrangements, relieving the load and stress during the grieving period, giving them time to rest.
I used Harmony Funeral Care 3 years ago for my dad’s funeral. Sadly, my mother passed on a few days ago. As my experiences with Harmony during my dad’s funeral had been a very positive one, I re-engaged Harmony Funeral care again to undertake and make all the necessary funeral arrangements. Harmony and Jeremy response were very sympathetic, prompt and comforting. Their neatly dressed staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about procedural matters. They checked in on me regularly to ensure things were running smoothly. On the final day of the wake, the staff came early to make the final preparations for the send off, guided and assisted my family all the way through to cremation. My family and I would like to express our gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the services rendered. A big Thank you Harmony 🙏

All the staff are very experienced, give advice & opinion for my consideration, fulfil all my requests and very fast to finish the tasks. The most touching my heart is that they care and give encouragement during and also after the wake service.
I really have a deep grieving to arrange the wake service for my 14 years old son. Greatly appreciate Ms Harmony, Isaac and staff always reminded me to rest well and eat well during my this difficult time.

It’s been great to have Harmony partner with us to manage such a dignified send off for grandma. There was a great degree of conscientiousness, compassion, and care throughout the entire process. And the attention in the details (ensuring flowers chosen were to our requests yesterday, the respectful bowing, the space given to the family to grieve and pay final respects, the sense and sensibilities of Andy to rephrase certain things my auntie had wanted when announcing to guests at Mandai, and his clarifications throughout the process) has certainty not gone unnoticed.
To be honest, I’ve read through articles of the company prior to calling the team, but I’ve noticed the process flows that have been implemented (the ask of myself to write name and the verification process thereafter) to ensure it does not happen again. I would also like to commend the team for always being keen to learn, try new things, and be agile to incorporate these into the company SOP! Very happy to see a team that is trying to take care and innovate within a space that is seldom discussed - but also an important part of our life journey.
In terms of pricing, they’ve indicated clearly what is in a package, and remained flexible in tailoring to add on requests (subject to reasonable costs). They’ve also been extremely accommodative to additional adhoc requests thereafter (and kept price quoted consistent). Itemized invoice with summary and overall cost breakdown was also clear. Overall an ‘ocd’ friendly experience.
